I let Cocoa sleep as I laid her down on my bed. I went downstairs and everybody was still eating. As I walked into the kitchen, I said, "Man, you guys are slow-pokes." Calum responded, "Well it's not like we were rushing to feed some pet." I nodded and then went into the living room and watched some TV. I was watching Corner Gas. I love that show because it is so funny! And it's Canadian like me! My favourite character is either Wanda, Karen or Hank. Karen is very good at her job, yet isn't. Wanda is very witty and her sarcasm really makes me laugh. And Hank... is Hank. LOL! Anyway, I watched 2 episodes of Corner Gas and then walked into the kitchen. Only Calum was there and he wasn't eating. He was on his phone. The rest probably went to their rooms while I was watching TV. "Whatcha' doing, Calum?" I asked. "I'm on Twitter. You know, Nicole, I've been thinking and I was just wondering, what do you want to be when you grow up?"

Nicole: I'm not exactly sure yet.

Calum: Maybe you should become a singer.

Nicole: Sorry, but I don't sing.

Calum: Well maybe you should start. I mean, think about how much this would help the publicity.

Nicole: Yeah, but I've heard that many people have sang for years and years practising all their lives and I just think that maybe I wouldn't be okay with that much patience.

Calum: Thats fine. It's your choice and you can be whatever you'd like to be. Hey, I heard they've just added a new park just near our house. Would you like to see it?

Nicole: Yeah, of course!

Calum: Great. We can just walk. It's only 5 minutes away.

Nicole: Okay. I'll get my shoes on.

Calum: I'll go tell Luke and Ash.

Then Calum went upstairs and told Luke and Ash. I got my shoes on and Calum came back and then we went out. On the way there, we talked about the park. When we actually got to the park, I saw how cool it is. I said, "Wow!" There were so many kids there! Then I went over to the swirly slide as Calum sat on the REALLY colourful bench and pulled up his phone. (A/N I will show a picture of the colourful bench in the next chapter, though the bench will not mean anything to that chapter). I slid down the slide and also went on the monkey bars. I went to the swings until some girl that looked about my age walked toward me. She said in a very rude tone, "Get out. That is my swing." I stopped swinging and said, "No, it was your swing. Now it's mine." Then she said, "You can't do that. I was using it." I continued to talk and say, "Yeah, I know. But you're not using it anymore. Do you get it yet?"

Girl: Jeez, why do you have to be so rude?

Nicole: Well, you were rude to me first.

Girl: Oh, please. I only asked for my swing back.

Nicole: You didn't ask. You demanded.

Girl: Oh, so you're going to correct me now?

Nicole: Only until I know you've passed grade 2.

Girl: (scoffs) I'm going to call my mom and you see what she does to you.

Nicole: Ooh, you're going to call your mommy, are you? I'm so scared.

Then the girl went off to call her mother. I continued to swing again until Calum walked over and said, "Okay, Nicole. We've been here for an hour. Time to go home." I responded, "No, I still need to finish it off with that girl's mom."

Calum: What?

Nicole: Some girl is telling her mom on me because I stole her swing.

Calum: You stole a girl's swing?
