It was 4:50 and Shawn was expected to be coming in 10 minutes. As I went to the living room, I saw Ash and Luke talking and watching TV. The living room was pretty messy and I didn't want Shawn to think we're messy people so I quickly started to clean it all up. Ashton and Luke looked confused. "Um, Nicole? Why are you cleaning?" Asked Luke. I looked at them, shocked as if they didn't know Shawn was coming.

Nicole: Well because the one and only Shawn Mendes is coming over! I don't want him to think we're pigs.

Ash: Now don't say that, Nicole. It's going to be fine. Shawn knows us well, so i believe he'll be considerate to our, uhh...

Nicole: Mess?

Ash: Yes.

Nicole: No way.

Luke: What are you so worried about, Nicole? You're a good first impressionist so I think it'll go well.

Nicole: I don't know. I'm still worried.

Ash: Nicole, have a seat.

Nicole: But I'm not done cleanin --

Ash: Sit.

Nicole: *sits on couch*

Ash: Luke, I think we need to have a talk with Nicole.

Luke: *stands up* I do too... What about exactly?

Ash: Nicole needs to know how precious she is, how much she's worth. She needs to know that she shouldn't have to try hard to impress others.

Luke: Oh, yeah. I agree.

Nicole: Guys, there's no need to do this.

Ash: Nicole, I want you to he 100% honest with us for what I'm about to ask you.

Ash: On a scale of 1 - 10, how beautiful do you think you are, 1 being worthless and 10 being gorgeous.

Nicole: If I say 10, will this conversation be over?

Luke: Absolutely not.

Nicole: *sighs* Do I really need to answer that?

Luke: Yes.

Nicole: Well... I don't know. A 6?

Luke: Is that your absolute honest answer?

Nicole: Okay, well maybe not a 6. Maybe a bit less. Like a 4?

Ash: A 4? You really think of yourself like that, Nicole?

Nicole: Okay, my final choice is a 5. I'm probably a 5.

Luke: *sighs and looks down*

Ash: *frowns*

Silence filled the room.

Luke: Nicole, do you know how sad that makes us feel?

Nicole: No.

Luke: I can't believe you think of yourself like that. It's absolutely wrong.

Nicole: ...

Luke: You know, this is all Hannah and Brittany's fault.

Nicole: Huh?

Ash: You are so right, Luke.

Nicole: W-What are you guys talking about? Why did you have to bring them up?

Luke: Nicole, Brittany and Hannah have let you down deeply. Violently. Viciously.

Luke: Because they're jealous and miserable. Those girls are too bored with their own lame lives so they have to go ahead and ruin everyone else's. I know another saying. It goes, "Hurt people hurt people."

Ash: Oh, I get it. It means the people that are hurt, hurt other people.

Nicole: So are you saying Brittany and Hannah were hurt? But how?

Luke: That's really none of our business but --
