Chapter 62

Soon enough, Luke came down and sat on the couch with me. He asked, "Why did you need my laptop?" I had an excuse that I had already prepared if somebody asked me this. "My iPod isn't working so I had to check my email on your laptop. But don't worry. I logged out," I said. He nodded and we continued to watch some TV. Then I heard Calum yell, "Hey!" from upstairs. I smirked. Then Calum came running downstairs and looked at me. "Wow, real funny, Nicole. Way to get us back," he said. "Wait, what did you do?" Luke asked. Then Calum said, "How about you check your Twitter, Luke?" Then Luke paused, took out his phone and checked his Twitter. Then he stood up and yelled hey like Calum did. Ashton came downstairs joining the conversation. "Guys, we can't really blame her. We did prank her first," Ashton said. Luke and Calum sighed and we all called it even.

Calum: But, hey. What did you do to 1D, Ed, and Justin?

Nicole: Same thing.

Luke: When do you think they will find out?

Then the phone ringed. Ashton picked it up and answered, "Hello?... Yeah, we just found that out too... Yeah, I told you she would do this... Oh, this isn't her worst... That's right... Okay... Bye." Then he hung up and Calum asked, "Which person was that?" Then Ashton replied, "1D."

Nicole: What were they saying?

Ashton: They said stuff like they found it hilarious and that they are not going to prank you again. And they were also pretty shocked that this wasn't your worst prank. Well, everyone except Louis.

Luke: Why not Louis?

Ashton: He has little sisters so he knows how it is.

Nicole: Interesting.

When Ed and Justin found out and called, it was all over. Luke and Ash had went upstairs 10 minutes ago. I was watching TV with Calum. It was 4:49 PM and I was getting a little bored. I said to Calum, "I'm bored." He looked at me and responded, "Well, its not like I can give you some more of that coffee." I laughed and so did he. Then we both stopped laughing and we stared at each other. Then Calum said, "Oh, what the heck? Let's do it!" I agreed and we went to the kitchen as I drank another full cup of coffee. After that, Calum asked, "How are you feeling, Nicole?" I smiled and responded, "NeverbeenbetterIactually

timeit'ssofun!" Calum laughed so hard he fell to the ground. Then 30 minutes later when I had finished my crash, Calum said he had some balloons with helium downstairs. We all knew what was going to happen after that. We sucked in the helium at the same time and for some reason, Calum had a higher voice than me! We laughed and this time, both of us fell to the ground. Our laughs were so high pitch, it just made us laugh even more. This is by far, the best time I have ever had with Calum. When the helium wore off, we settled down and relaxed. Calum said, "Hey, it's really nice and warm outside. Do you wanna go have a water gun fight?" I replied, "TOTALLY!!!" Calum laughed and said, "Okay, how about we get Ash and Luke involved in this too? And, what the heck, let's invite 1D." I was so excited! I said, "I'm going to go get the water guns, you invite the people." He agreed and I got my shoes on and went into the garage. I found a box full of water guns. And guess what? There was this one really pretty one and it was pink! I wanted to use that one! I brought the whole box out to the backyard and set them all in a line. It was pretty well organized. When I finished, I was about to go inside until I saw a car pull up. It was 1D's. Their car is so cool. All 5 of them came out and Louis said, "Nicole! Hey, love! How are you?" I ran towards him and gave him a big hug. I replied, "I'm fine. You guys got here fast." Then Liam chimed in and said, "Well, we'd never miss a good water gun fight. And it's beautiful weather out." Then they all went inside. When everybody was ready, we chose teams. There were an odd number of people so there had to be 4 people on my team and 5 on the other. The people on my team was me, Louis, Calum, and Harry. The people on the other team were, Louis, Zayn, Luke, Ashton, Liam, and Niall. After that, we made our bases and started. Our team's plan was to hide until the other's came over. Then when they do come, we are going to hit them but without revealing ourselves so they can't hit us back. I hid in a tree. Soon enough, they all did come over but very slowly. Luke was near my tree. I waited 5 seconds and then shot him in the arm. He got scared and screamed. He looked around but couldn't find me. I shot him again but in the back. He screamed again. I found this hilarious. I had to keep in my laughter so he wouldn't find me. When I finally shot him in the head, he freaked out and fell to the ground. That's when I couldn't hold my laughter in. But I wasn't going to let them see me. Before I laughed I quickly shot water into my own mouth so that if I did laugh, it would be silent and it would hit someone. I laughed and ended up hitting Harry by accident. I covered my mouth. He was in a bush. He looked back at me and whispered, "Hey!" I looked back and said, "Sorry." I laughed but silently. Then I saw Niall come over. He was helping Luke who was curled up in a ball on the ground. He held his gun up high, waiting to fire. I just shot him in the head fast as he joined Luke on the ground. 2 down, 3 to go. This is awesome! I looked to the side and saw Liam and Ashton were already down. I noticed that Zayn was still up. I looked at Harry who was looking at me and he gave me signals saying that on three, we are all going to jump out and attack Zayn. He counted with his fingers and when he got to 3, I jumped out of the tree and hit Zayn. It was hilarious. Grunts and yells. Zayn wasn't even trying to fight back. He was just trying to protect himself. Soon enough, he fell to the ground and we claimed victory. "Yayy!!" We all screamed in joy. When everyone got up, we had another fight. The sun was going down which made it even more dramatic. My team won both games but in the second game, I actually got really wet. When we ended, Luke went inside get blankets and towels for us all. We stayed outside and started a fire. We were sitting around and just talking. Louis was raging on how it was unfair for my team to win because I did all the work. We all talked and laughed and it was the best day ever, I've gotta say.
