After texting Taylor for half an hour, I wanted to go downstairs but I thought, what if I embarrass myself? Like, fall down the stairs, or pass gas, or burp? Well those are the chances I'll have to take. I opened my door and went downstairs. There I saw only R5 on the couch. No Calum or Luke or Ash. I was confused. They all saw me and I suddenly felt uncomfortable. Ratliff said, "Hey, Nicole. Long time, no see." I smiled. Then Rocky nudged Ross and whispered, "Dude, you were right. Her smile is gorgeous." He thought I couldn't hear him, but I did. I pretended I didn't hear him by just making my way to the kitchen. But before I could actually get there, Riker called me back and said, "Hey, Nicole, why don't we talk for a bit? We can get to know each other." I was a little worried because this could be the moment where I pass gas or burp but I still have to take my chances. I said okay and walked over there as I sat down. I was kind of used to being surrounded by boys. Anyway, Rocky said to me, "You know, we watched that cover you sang on YouTube. It was absolutely amazing. You have such a beautiful voice." I was very complimented when he said that so I smiled and said, "Well, thank you." Then Riker said, "So singing is what you do?" I replied, "Well, that was a one in a lifetime thing. I really have no life." For some reason, they all started laughing. I was confused. Did they think I was making a joke? No, I was dead serious about what I said.

Ratliff: You're still young, Nicole so you've got plenty of time to think about what you wanna do.

Nicole: Yeah, but I think I'm just going to grow up to be someone with 20 cats all named Pearl.

*Everyone laughs*

Nicole: 😕

Ross: I had a girlfriend who had 20 cats after I broke up with her.

Nicole: Woah.

Ross: Yep.

Rocky: If you're wondering, that girlfriend was Selena Gomez.

Ross: Rocky!

Nicole: Really? Because Luke just broke up with Selena.

Ratliff: They dated?

Nicole: Yeah. People said they weren't exactly the best couple but they were probably just jealous.

Riker: Ross broke up with Selena because she cheated on him.

Ross: Riker!

Nicole: No surprise. Luke broke up with Selena because Selena was cheating on him.

All guys: NO WAY.

Nicole: Yes way. I guess Selena just forgets shes dating someone else and just goes onto the next guy.

*Everyone laughs*

Nicole: 😯

All of a sudden, I heard the door open. It was Calum, Ash, and Luke. "Wait, you guys left?" I asked right when they came in. Then Ash put his hand to his heart and said, "You didn't even notice?!" I laughed. Then Luke said, "So I see you guys were talking. Did you have fun?" I didn't add much detail but I said, "Yeah." Then we all conversed for awhile before it was 12:30.
