Chapter 173

After I drew out my emotions and feelings, I was about to go downstairs until I heard Ash talking to Luke, Michael, and Calum. I didn't even hear them come in! Oh, my god. Luke, Michael, and Calum's reaction all mixed together is going to be a total hell hole. What do I do, what do I do? Wait, Ashton told me to get some rest so maybe I'll have a nap. I went onto my bed and closed my eyes trying my best to forget about all that's happened.

5:01 PM

I woke up and yawned as I instantly remembered every single thing that was going on. Sigh. I sat up in my bed as it made creaking sounds. I just sat in my bed for several seconds thinking about what was going on. After several seconds of thinking, Michael, Calum, and Luke came into my room all at once and said hello. Umm, privacy? Never mind. Anyway, I looked at Calum first and his face looked... relieved. That's odd. I would've expected his face to look sad or mad or even confused. But no. He looked relieved. The person who looked kind of confused was Michael. I can't really blame him. He knows about all this Carson stuff but he's still a bit behind. I looked at Luke and he's the one who looked mad. Wow. Relieved, confused, and mad. How will this turn out? Michael said as he came in with the guys, "Hey, Nicole. How ya' doing?" I replied to him, "Fine."

Calum: Umm, Ashton told us about what happened at school.

Nicole: Yeah.

Calum: In my opinion, I think Carson is seriously sorry.

Nicole: You do?

Luke: I don't. I agree with Ashton. I think he's just tricking you.

Michael: Well because I don't know much about all this, my opinion is probably that you shouldn't forgive him at all. What he did is unforgivable.

Nicole: Is Calum's opinion the most reasonable here? I kind of... want to forgive Carson.

Calum: Nicole, you can do whatever you want. We're not stopping you. We just... want you to be extra careful. And I mean EXTRA careful.

Nicole: Yeah, I know. I will be.

Calum: How's it been going with that pepper spray? Have you had to use it yet?

Nicole: Well I would've used it on that Nick kid but 3 quarters of the harassment was him talking to me and 1 quarter was him grabbing me which was only for 1 second before Carson took him on so I didn't really have enough time to use it.

Michael: That's totally okay, Nicole.

Luke: Just be careful with it.

Nicole: I will.

Luke: Promise you'll be extra careful tomorrow, Nicole, okay?

Nicole: Okay.
