When I got back to my room, I glanced at the time and it was 2:47. I hope Ashton doesn't see any of those -- wait a minute. Oh, my goodness. I did this all wrong. When One Direction sees those messages, they are going to respond back and Ash is going to get a notification. I can't believe I didn't think this through! I have to go back and delete those messages. Ashton was still downstairs so I still had a chance. I ran to Ash's room again and hacked into his Twitter account once again. I deleted all those messages and just as I was about to leave, I heard Ashton say down the hall, "Yeah, Calum, I'm just going to my room to find them." I wonder what he's trying to find. I knew I had to do something. I had to hide. I ran to the bed and slid under quickly and just as I heard Ashton come in, my mouth was closed and I stayed as quiet as possible. I heard Ashton whisper to himself, "Now where is it?" Hopefully what he's looking for isn't under the bed. I heard rumbling of stuff moving around. It lasted for about 30 seconds, but it felt like 10 minutes. Soon enough, I heard Ashton leave his room and I successfully left his room after that. Even though I didn't end up sending those messages to One Direction, at least I didn't get caught. But I can't believe I didn't think it over! I mean, there were so many things wrong with my plan!

1. If I wanted to know if 1D replied back, I'd have to hack into Ashton's account every hour!

2. If I didn't hack into Ashton's account and 1D replied back, Ash would get a notification and would be confused knowing he didn't send those messages.

Okay, there were only 2 things wrong with my plan but they were major things. I am so disappointed in myself. You're smarter than this, Nicole! Get in the game! I guess I've lost my sneaky spirit. No, I can't have. I'm still young. I still need it. You know what? Mistakes are good. It's just more experience so I won't make the same mistake next time. Good. Anyway, I went downstairs and saw Ash, Luke, and Calum. And again, I wasn't thinking. I accidentally said something that I hadn't thought about. I asked Ash, "Hey, Ash? What were you looking for in your room?" They all looked at me and that's when I remembered he didn't know I was in his room. I was shocked for a second thinking, Ugh. How could I have done this again? Ash then responded shortly after, "How did you know I was looking for something?" I hesitated not knowing what my answer was going to be so I just said, "Uh, I heard you down the hall yell to Calum you needed to find something. I was wondering if you found what you were looking for." Nice save, Nicole. But then Calum, Luke, and Ashton exchanged looks and smirked. Luke said, "Nice try, Nicole." Ugh. They know I was in his room. I was about to confess and explain everything but Calum said something before me and that was, "You took it, Nicole." Oh, my gosh. They didn't know I was in Ashton's room. I looked up and said, "Huh?" Then Calum said, "You took Ashton's drumsticks, didn't you?" Oh, thank goodness they didn't actually find out! Wow! That was a close one. But I had for respond to Calum's question so I just said, "What? No, I didn't take his drumsticks." Ash chuckled and walked over to me with his hand out, "Ha, ha, very funny, Nicole. Now hand 'em over." But I didn't have them.

Nicole: No, Ash, I seriously don't have them.

Luke: Wait, you don't?

Calum: Oh, come on. Its obviously a trick. You know where his sticks are, Nicole. Admit it.

Nicole: But there's nothing to admit. Don't you think if I hid his sticks I would have told him to go find them instead of just denying it? Geez, Calum, don't you know me?

Calum: Well, I-I mean, o-of course I know you, I-I-I just was seeing if-if you knew... yourself?

Nicole: *laughs* Calum, did you even hear what you just said?

Calum: Well, uh, no.

Nicole: *shakes head*

Ash: Well if you didn't take my drumsticks, who did?

Nicole: Maybe nobody took your drumsticks, you just lost them.

Ash: No, that's impossible. I never lose my drumsticks.

Nicole: Yeah, you have. Remember that time I found it in between your drum set?

Ash: And then broke them?

Nicole: Yeah.

Ash: Oh, I remember that. Okay, but that was one time. Other than that, I've never lose my drumsticks before.

Calum: Wait, remember in 3rd grade where you hid it under the carpet so Mariah couldn't touch it, and then you forgot where you hid it?

Nicole: Who's Mariah?

Ash: Mariah was my 3rd grade crush who always touched my stuff. I'm not complaining. I liked spending time with her.

Luke: Really, Ashton? Really?

Ash: What? Did I say something wro -- ...

Nicole: What? Why'd you stop talking?

Ash: Um, never mind. Let's just find my drumsticks.

Nicole: Wait, no, why did you stop talking? What happened?

Calum: I can tell you what happened.

Luke: Calum, no.

Calum: Come on, what's she going to do? There's no harm in telling her.

Luke: Its embarrassing. And it just makes me want to punch Ash in the face.

Nicole: Guys, forget about the past. Think about the present. You guys are friends now.

Luke: Think again.

Ash: Yeah, you're the baby. I mean, you didn't have the guts to kiss Mariah on the lips like a real man does, did you, Luke?

Nicole: You were in grade 3! Neither of you were men!
