It is now 7:00 and I thought if I wanted to wake up early to see Michael, I'm gonna have to sleep early. Early as in 8:30. No, I can never sleep that early. How about 9:00? Nah! That's still too early. 9:30? No, 10:00. Yes! 10:00. I don't think there's any problem in that. Oh, what the heck am I doing? I can't sleep early! Especially not tonight. I'm too excited and I'll end up staying up just lying in my bed awake. If I'm gonna be this excited, I'll end up sleeping at 11:00! Ugh. What am I gonna do? Ooh, I know! I can put an alarm on my iPod! Wait, no, I tried that before and it never worked. What else can I do? I can ask someone else to wake me up I guess. No! I need to do this myself! I'm independent. Oh, who am I kidding? I can't wake up early! This is stupid! Why does Michael have to come so early? Why can't he come at like, 12:00 PM? Yeah, that's a better time. You see, I'm smarter than these people. I'm unique. Anyway, I went back downstairs to the kitchen. I saw Luke with a cook book. He looked up from the book and said to me, "Oh, Nicole! Good thing you're here. What do you think I should make for dinner? I can make spaghetti and meatballs. Wait, no. That's more of a lunch thing. How about Chinese chicken fried rice? Ehh, too long of a name." I squinted my eyes in confusion. Too long of a name? That's the only reason you're deciding not to make it? Pshh!! Luke continued to talk to who was appearing to be himself. "Ooh, how about steak? No, I wanna save that for another day. OOOH! I have the perfect idea! Salmon. Okay, decision made! I'm making salmon for dinner! Why didn't I think of this before? Thanks for your help, Nicole," said Luke all happy and cheery. I smiled at him and said, "You're welcome," even though I know I didn't help him at all whatsoever. It just felt good to be appreciated. Anyway, I went back into the living room and saw Ashton and Calum playing video games. Typical men. LOL! I sat down beside Ash who was waving his controller all around as if he was having a seizure. I looked over to Calum who was doing the same thing. They were laughing and yelling. Calum yelled, "NO, NO, NO, NO, NO! YOU CAN'T BEAT ME! NOT NOW!" I groaned at their noise. Then Ashton yelled, "AHA! IN YOUR FACE, LOSER! HAHA!" The game seemed to have ended as they stopped waving their controllers around. Ashton stood up and walked over to Calum and Ash stuck his finger in Calum's face while saying, "HAHAHA, I BEAT YOU! FINALLY! I CLAIM VICTORY! YOU SUCK AT THIS GAME, CALUM!" I couldn't help but laugh at Ashton's remarks. Calum looked so defeated, so lost. Wow, they take these games really seriously. Calum said, "Another round. I'll beat you." Ashton agreed and said, "You're on, doofus!" Just as they were about to play again, I stopped them and said, "No, no, no. I wanna watch TV now." I've gotta admit, I sounded like a pouty little kid while I was talking.
Calum: Come on, Nicole. Let us play one more round and then you can watch TV.
Nicole: No! I wanna watch TV now.
Ash: How about we make a bet?
Nicole: Ooh, keep talking.
I was sure to win any bet they had up their sleeves. I could do it. I'm just that awesome.
Ash: If you can beat both Calum and I in an arm wrestle, you can watch TV.
Nicole: What? That's no fair. You guys obviously have more muscles than me! Of course I'm gonna lose.
Calum: And watching TV is going to help you gain more muscles?
Nicole: Well no but --
Ash: No buts. Let's start this thing.
Ashton put his controller down on the table and placed his elbow on the table ready to grab my hand. I hesitated, but grabbed his hand as I was actually about to arm wrestle him. "Calum, get your phone out. This is going to be hilarious," said Ash with a smirk on his face. Calum immediately got his phone out and said, "Action." Then we started to arm wrestle. I started to try and push Ashton's arm down. It wouldn't budge. I pushed harder. It didn't move an inch. Then Ashton started to taunt me. "Come on, Nicole. How bad do you really wanna watch TV? Pop those muscles out!" He said. I pushed harder and harder. I could feel my face turning red. Ashton's arm still didn't move an inch until I instantly got an idea. What if I trick Ashton into losing? I mean, Calum's filming. It's gonna be hilarious. I squealed and said to Ash, "Ash, there's a spider on your shoulder!" I even loosened my grip just a bit to make it more realistic. Ashton widened his eyes and then loosened his grip. "Ah! Get it off!" He yelled while still holding my hand. I then quickly tightened my hand and pushed Ashton's hand down. It hit against the table and I yelled, "I win!" Ashton stood up and said, "Hey, no fair! You cheated!" I then responded, "No, it was your fault for being that gullible!" Ash calmed down for a second and said, "Fine. Calum's turn now." I widened my eyes. I glanced at Calum's muscles and saw they were a bit bigger than Ashton's. He noticed me looking at them and so he decided to flex them and say, "You like what you see?" I groaned. Calum handed his phone over to Ashton so he could film me and Calum's round. Calum held my hand as he placed his elbow on the table as I did the same. Ashton said, "Okay, start!" I started to push down on Calum's arm. It was just like Ashton all over again. Calum's arm wouldn't budge. I looked at his face and saw he was the calmest person in the world. It was like he wasn't even trying. "Come on, Nicole. Is this all you got? Don't you want the TV to yourself?" He said trying to taunt me just like Ashton. Then he said, "You can't fool me like you did to Ashton. Trust me, I'm not as gullible as him. No offence, Ash." Ashton then responded behind the phone, "None taken." We continued to push each others arms down. I pushed with all my might. I then thought, I should at least get an advantage. I'm smaller than them. Sooo I may have given myself an advantage without telling them. I decided to use my other arm to push Calum's arm down. He said, "Hey!" It was getting closer to the side until he pulled out his other arm and pushed my arm down. It was going to the other side. I knew I was losing. I had no hope left. I had to come up with something fast. But I couldn't think of anything. Nothing at all. My brain was useless at the moment. All I had were my muscles. I had to push as hard as I could. I thought to myself for motivation, do it for the TV. Do it for the TV. I then ended up pushing Calum's arm further there. Now this doesn't mean I'm stronger than Calum. It just means I work really hard for TV. Calum's arm was almost going to hit the table. I noticed Ashton's level of frustration knowing they were going to lose the bet. Next thing I knew, before I was going to push harder to make Calum's arm hit the table, Ashton stood up, walked behind me, and squeezed my sides, quickly wiggling his fingers against my ribs. I squealed loosening my grip, letting Calum push my arm onto the other side of the table. Calum and Ashton cheered as they stood up and yelled the loudest they could. "WOO HOO! YEAHHH! WE DID IT, MAN! THIS ROCKS!" I was mad. I stood up and glared looked at Ashton. "That was so unfair! I was going to beat him until you cheated!" I said. Ashton looked shocked with a smile on his face as he said, "Well I'm sorry, Nicole, but the spider on my shoulder forced me to." Calum and Ashton started to laugh as I stomped up to my room angry at them both.
Sorry, Michael wasn't in this chapter! My bad! I got carried away and I forgot. I promise to put him in the next chapter though! I promise!
