Chapter 11

Anyway, I went over to my room again and plopped onto my bed. It was a belly flop, but on my back. I couldn't help but keep smiling. But I had to find something to do so I just went to Ashton's room. Maybe I'll annoy him. I went over to his room and just sat on his bed. He was on his laptop, just like Calum. Still looking at his computer screen, he said, "Please, come in." He was being sarcastic saying that I came in without his permission but who cares? Anyway, all of a sudden, I just randomly started making animal noises. "Meow... Moooo... Ruff... Bawk bawk bawk ack..." I did a couple more sounds and soon enough, I heard Ashton sigh. I paused... and then continued again. He immediately stood up, turned around and came to the bed. "Do you need something?" He asked annoyed. I just replied with, "Nope." He then sighed and went back to his work. I sat up, getting ready to run. I knew he was angry and what I was about to do would make him even angrier so I got my legs ready. "BAWK BAWK BAWK ACK!" Then I ran. All the way back to my room. He must've been so angry!! It's hilarious! All of a sudden, I got a text from Jessica.

Jessica: Yo yo yo! I just got a date with Carson!!!

Nicole: No way! Carson Gannon?!?!?

Jessica: No Carson lee... of course Carson Gannon!

Nicole: Thats incredible!!!!

Jessica: u need 2 come over 2 help me choose an outfit

Nicole: Well I'd need 2 ask 1 of the boys 2 give me a ride

Jessica: Kk

Nicole: one sec

That's when I went to Luke's room to ask him if he can give me a ride. When I got to his room, I saw him taking a nap. "Ugh." I groaned under my breath. Then I thought about going to Ashton's room, but he wouldn't take me because I annoyed him. Only choice left is Calum. But he might be busy. Oh well! I went to his room and he was doing exactly what I saw him doing last time I saw him. "Hey, Calum? Can you take me to Jessica's house?" I asked him as I peeked through his door. "Sure. But I don't know where her house is," he said. "Thats okay. I'll lead the way. Okay?" I said back. He then nodded and stood up. I grabbed my iPod again and texted Jessica to tell her that I was coming. After that, I got ready and Calum drove me to her house. The car ride was guilt except for the sound of the car engine. It took about 10 minutes to get to her house and Calum had told me that he was going to pick me up at 4:00. I said okay and I spent about 2 hours at Jessica's house. After I came home, I was in my room texting Jessica. I know I just saw her but we just can't get enough of each other. UGH! WRONG!... WORDING!!!!! I meant to say we like talking to each other a lot.

Nicole: ... I chose the blue one because the purple was way 2 formal and it made u look like a rich snob

Jessica: what about the pink?

Nicole: the pink one makes u look like a girly girl btw how did u get a date with carson? I thought u weren't in 2 boys

Jessica: yeah but he was in 2 me! he texted me and asked if I would like 2 go out and I couldn't say no!

Nicole: he's the only guy you've ever liked in school?

Jessica: yup!

Nicole: wow cool!

Jessica: the blue dress was a really good choice by the way

Nicole: i know I just have good taste in fashion

Jessica: u do

Nicole: the blue one pretty much says, 'I'm ready 4 my date hot stuff!'

Jessica: oh then I don't want the blue dress

Nicole: I'm kidding!

Jessica: oh! Kk

Nicole: what do u want the dress 2 say?

Jessica: I want it 2 say, 'I'm ready 4 my date' without the hot stuff part

Nicole: lol Kk

We texted for 10 minutes and I looked at the time. It was 4:14. What should I do now? I've already annoyed someone. Check! Maybe I'll watch some TV. I went downstairs and saw Luke who was watching TV. "Okay, my turn," I said as I walked over to the couch. Luke was watching the game. "Uh, no, thank you," he replied back.

Nicole: But I wanna watch TV now.

Luke: But I'm watching TV now.

Nicole: Too bad. You had your turn.

Luke: It's still my turn.

Nicole: No, it's not!

Luke: Yes, it is!

Nicole: Give me the remote!

Luke: No!

Nicole: Yes!

Luke: No!

Then I grabbed it from his hands but he was still holding it. We were physically fighting over the remote and soon enough, Ashton and Calum came downstairs and saw us fighting. "WHOA WHOA WHOA!" Calum said. Both Calum and Ashton came up to Luke and I and Calum held onto me and Ashton held onto Luke. Calum pulled me back and I tried to fight it but Calum was too strong And it looked like Ashton was too strong for Luke. Weird. Luke looks a bit stronger. Anyway, when Calum and Ashton finally pulled Luke and I away, they pulled us apart by bringing us different places. Calum brought me to his room and Ashton brought Luke to his room. Calum closed his door and asked me, "Okay, what happened?"

Nicole: Luke wouldn't give me the remote to watch TV.

Calum: The remote?

Nicole: Yes.

Calum: To watch TV?

Nicole: Uh huh.

Calum: That is the most stupidest situation I have ever heard of!

Nicole: Like I care.

Calum: Nicole, are you really gonna fight with an 18 year old over a remote?

Nicole: Well if the 18 year old acts like a 5 year old--

Calum: Nicole...

Nicole: Fine... I guess not.

Calum: Good. Now go say sorry to Luke.

Nicole: Yeah, no, thanks.

Calum: Come on. You don't have to mean it.

Nicole: Fine.

Then I went downstairs and saw Luke waiting there with Ashton. We both walked up to each other and stayed silent. "Come on, guys," Ashton said. "I'm sorry," Luke said. "You are forgiven," I responded. It was silent again. "Nicole..." Calum said. I sighed and continued on. "I'm sorry." Ashton then said, "Good." After 3 seconds, I went over to the couch and grabbed the TV remote. I heard Luke grunt and then Ashton say, "Luke... calm..." I continued with my way, which I always seem to get.
