<36> His Point of View

Kevin's POV

Damn! Why am I feeling this kind of shit? Bakit napapangiti na ako kapag nakikita ko siyang masaya? I shouldn't feel this way, right this is just an act, it's for my revenge! REVENGE! 

But why did I came up with this mini surprise plan for her? Argh, I'm so stupid, but I guess my heart is coordinating with my brain, they're connected to each other now. My brain says that I should claim my revenge on her, and I think that my heart is corresponding to it. I'm just doing this for the sake of my plan! That's all, nothing more, nothing less. Keep that in mind, Kevin! 

Today is the last day of our trip before we leave the hotel we occupied, I received a phone call, which I guess is for my little surprise for her later. I excused myself to Maira, and answer the phone call. 

[Good Morning sir, we just want to ask what time we will set off the fireworks] 

"Around seven or something,  I'll just text you, we should be in a Ferris wheel so she can see the fireworks clearly" mahigpit na bilin ko sa kausap ko.

[But sir, we have the rule to follow]

"I don't freaking care about the rule, just do what I want and I'll pay you twice" halos maisigaw ko na sa kausap ko. 

[Sige po sir, ako na po ang bahala magpaliwanag sa mga kasamahan ko]

"Good" ngayon ay kalmado na ako, kaya naman pala niya gawan ng paraan pinapahaba pa and usapan. Nasasayang ang oras ko!

[May gusto pa po ba kayong ipadagdag sir?]

"Oh yeah, before you set off the fireworks play a romantic song first, any song will do, just make sure that it is romantic. And after 15 minutes of displaying the fireworks, play a minus one of a song that I will send to you later. That's all"

[Noted sir, ang swerte naman po ng girlfriend nyo, sigurado na pong magugustuhan niya etong surprise niyo sa kanya] 

Napangiti naman ako sa sinabi ng kausap ko, damn why the heck I'm smiling? 

"Nah, she's not my girlfriend, YET. I'm still courting her. But I hope she'll like it" I said honestly. 

[Naku sir, magugustuhan niya yun, baka nga sagutin pa kayo]

"Yeah, I hope so," I said before I ended the call. 

Napaisip naman ako sa sinabi niya, posible kaya na sagutin nya na ako ngayon? Edi maayos, tagumpay na ang plano at ang kelangan ko na lang gawin ay ang sunod na step nito. 

Agad ko nang sinend ang kanta na napili ko, at pumunta na din sa parking area, dahil doon ko na pinaghintay si Maira. 

Today is the last day, and I'll make sure that she'll be mine. I mean that she'll be mine to step up to my plan. That's what I mean, don't get me wrong!

While we are riding each ride in the amusement park, I can see the happiness in her eyes. Just like the eyes, I've seen the past 3 days. Her happiness makes me happy too, damn! Is this still normal? I shouldn't feel this, I should focus on my plan, and this vacation is part of it. Yeah right, kapag mas masaya siya magiging masaya din ako dahil alam kong nahuhulog na siya sa patibong ko. Baka nga sagutin na niya ako ngayon, I can sense it. 

Damn, why am I staring at her? I should take a photo as a remembrance, I always do this for the past three days. 

Flashback:

Day 1: Venice Grand Canal Mall

She's looking at the water and the sunset rays are touching her skin, what a nice scene to take a picture of. I took a picture, and then another one and three more. I like her smile. 

Day 2: Church and Resort

I'm done praying, and when I look in her direction she's still praying silently. She's still smiling while praying, what a nice scenery to took a photo of, she's an angel when it comes to praying. I secretly took a photo of her, and gladly she didn't notice it. 

We're resting here at a mini booth of the resort, I can see that she is kind of sleepy, she's holding her face and her elbow is on the table supporting the weight of her face. What a nice time to take another photo, she looks cute in the photos I captured. I like her cute face.

Day 3: Museum, Splash Island, Sto. Niño de Cebu Parish Church

 We're here at the museum, and as of now, I think she has tantrums, she looks so pissed because she can't hold anything in the museum. And because of that, I can't see her smile, damn I want to see those smiles. So I let her touch something and luckily she is smiling, what a wide smile of hers. I like those, I clicked the camera of my phone, secretly. 

Currently, I'm out of the wave pool to take a rest but she's still there enjoying the waves of the pool. She looks like a child playing on the water, splish-splashing the water in her area. Another wonderful scenario to take a photo of. 

I drove as fast as I can to the nearest church, I don't know why am I doing this, I just found out that there's a nearby church at the water park we're into. Well, she said that she wants to go somewhere as long as she's with me. After we entered the church I can see her with her shocked face, haha cute. After we knew that somebody is having a wedding here, she smiled awkwardly at the guy we met in this church. I secretly touch my phone and took a photo of her awkward smile. I like her attitude.

End of Flashback.

And now I can see the happiness again in her eyes, she's enjoying the moment we have. Should I take another picture, secretly? Nah, maybe later, I'm cherishing this moment. I should take this advantage after she answers me, I will step up to the next part of my plan and that is to court Scian while Maira and I are in a relationship. Funny right? Just wait for me, I'll execute my plan cleanly. I know that I will succeed, it's my instinct. 

And the time that I'm waiting for, we're here at the Ferris wheel. When the romantic song played she gasped and look at the window, and she's smiling! And her smile became wide when the fireworks came out. I guess this is the perfect moment to capture another souvenir of this vacation. I took a photo as many as I could. I like her smiles. I like her cute face. I like her attitude. 

And I think,

I like her. 

NO! 

I like to take revenge on her, I meant. 

Nothing more, nothing less.

Ginagawa ko lang ito para makaganti at para mapalayas siya sa Memorial High.
