<70> The Epic Comeback

Maira's POV 

Today's Monday, and today is the day na magbabalik ako sa aking pinagmulan. The day that I'm waiting for, the day that I will saw the reaction of the students that once bully me. And I can't wait to see their epic faces because today is my Epic Come Back. Mommy decided to let every know that I am her daughter. The daughter of the owner of the school, Memorial High. In the first place, I don't agree with her idea but after I think about it, may advantage ako. I have the advantage of not being bully anymore, an advantage of being well-known para malaman na din nila kung sino ang sinaktan nila noon, and of course, an advantage to see Kevin. I just want to see his reaction just to testify yung mga pinagsasabi ni Scian and Jade.

It's also the start of the second semester, kaya automatic na I'll study here ulit. And mommy pulls some strings so I can be on section one again. Hindi naman ganoon nahirap si mommy, except from the fact that she is the owner of the school, ay matalino din naman ako. I took the entrance exam, pinipigilan pa nya ako eh kasi pwede nya naman daw gamitin yung pwesto nya ipasok na lang ako sa section one ng walang kahirap hirap. But I disagree, I want to enter that section again fair and square. I want to win fairly, I don't cheat. I never cheat and I will never cheat. 

The program should start in the morning but the principal denied it because all the students are taking their pre-test exams for the second semester. Mommy respected the decision of the principal, which turns out that she's her friend too, but their not that close hindi katulad ng pagsasamahan nina nanay at mommy ang pagkakaibigan nila. Well, I don't know why maybe there's an issue between them? I laughed at my theory. Ano namang magiging issue between mommy and Kevin's mom? I'm just thinking too much. 

At 7 am, I was already in school but on mommy's office. And currently, I'm taking the pre-test exams too. As I said earlier, I want to be fair to others. I don't want to take too much advantage. 

"Anak are you sure that you'll answer all of that?" mom asked suddenly while I'm looking on the pages of the test papers.

"Yes po" I answered. 

"It's too many, are you sure about your decision? You know naman na I can pull some strings again for you anak" suhestiyon niya.

I slightly laughed at her suggestion, ang kulit nya talaga.

"Mommy naman I want to be fair to others"

"Pero mahihirapan ka" pamimilit niya pa.

"Mom, I can handle this. Basic lang yan" 

"Last chance anak, sure ka na ba dyan?" 

"Yes po" kampanteng sagot ko. 

"Final decision?" pamimilit nya.

"Final"

"Are you sure?" 

"Yes mommy"

"Anak na-"

I cut her out and said,

"Mommy just let me okay? Trust your beautiful daughter"

She exhaled deeply and nodded to me.

"Okay fine, just tell me if nahihirapan ka na" she said hesitantly. 

"Noted mommy," I said and then kissed her chicks.

"Sweet" she commented. 

I chuckled then start answering the pre-test exam. 

It's kind of hard, actually but I don't make that obvious to mommy because I already know what she can do I reacted that way. 

After 2 hours I finished the examination, and exactly it is lunchtime.
