Late nights (Artemis X Shino)

Artemis had lost track of time, falling into his own world and getting lost in hobbies and school work. He was snapped out of his reality when he felt a sharp pain in his right finger
"Ow!" Artemis yelled, jumping and shaking his finger as he had pricked it while sewing. Lucky he wasn't hurt, putting down the needle he leant back in his chair and stretched his arms behind his head yawning.

Artemis stumbled back of his chair and landed on the dorm floor with a crash "Ack!- ow, ow ow..." Artemis said sitting up and lifting his chair back up "What time is it anyways?" He thought to himself walking over to his desk and flicking his alarm on "3:45 AM?!?" He yelled out loud before sighing and cleaning up his desk

~Shino POV~
I heard a loud crash coming from upstairs followed by some mumbled voices. I couldn't help but worry about Artemis and a possible intruder "It's late, if someone has broke in Artemis would deal with it, he's strong." I though to myself turning over "And if something has happened to Arti he's almost an adult he can deal with himself.." I closed my eyes and buried my head into my pillow "Eh.. who am I kidding? I'm not going to fall asleep until I know Artemis isn't hurt and everything's safe, even though it's late.." I flipped up my bedsheets and heaved my body out of the warm comfort of my bed, creaking my door open and heading across the corridor.

I walked towards the stairs to see a familiar face on the stairs in-front of me "Artemis? Are you ok?" I asked
"Huh? Oh! S-Shino! Yeah I'm fine, are you ok?" Artemis stuttered, seeming to be rather surprised to see me
"Yeah I was just checking on you, what was that noice??" I wondered meeting him on the top on the stairs
"I just fell! I was coming down to get a drink then I was going to go to bed.." the Oreo haired male replied back to me, playing with his hair and looking down. A red powder seeming to cover his face
"I hope your ok then, by the way why are you awake??" I said taking his hand and looking into his eyes "O-Oh!" Artemis blushed "Y-Yeah u-um.. I just lost track of time! No need to worry, sorry if I awoke you.." "your good" I laughed, looking at his flushed nervous face as he stuttered.

For some reason I had this feeling in my chest while holding his hands, a fluttering feelings I felt like I could start floating.. cute.
"Let's get you a drink and to bed then?" I laughed
"You really don't need too! You've already done so much for me" Artemis smiled
"My treat" I replied
"You said that last time!" Artemis shouted, laughing
"Guess I can't help but treat you" I said.

Could this be classed as flirting?

We walked into the kitchen as Artemis poured us a drink of water as we sat down talked for a while. As we got distracted in our conversation we completely lost track of time even turning the TV on, we just laughed and talked for hours.

Artemis had feel asleep on my shoulder during the movie, he seemed exhausted but he seemed good at hiding it that made me wonder how much did he hide? Still, that's not the time to worry about that.
I moved Artemis's hair to the side and rested my arms around his waist as he quietly snored in my arms. I felt that same feeling I left when I was holding his hands...

I looked down at the sleeping Oreo bean in my arms and gently kissed his forehead before picking him up bridal style and carrying him to his room, as I opened the door I realised Artemis only had a small sleeping bag on the floor "that won't be good.. he'll get a bad back sleeping on the floor" I thought to myself looking down at Artemis.

I carried Artemis back to my room and lay him on my bed, I rapped a blanket around his silhouette and switched off the light climbing next to him and pulling him into my embrace. Falling asleep rather quickly

~Artemis POV~

I woke up in a rather unfamiliar room, feeling another persons breath on the back of my neck. I looked behind me to see Shino's face resting behind my head his arms rapped around my waist, I could feel his heartbeat pulsing. "O-Ok w-we're.. w-we're spooning! Um! Crap!.." I felt myself get all hold and flustered as I began to panic in my head
"Are you ok Arti?..." I heard a voice mumble from behind me "Oh! Y-yeah!... are you ok?.." I turned around to face Shino, still in his arms "I'm fine, we should probably get up" he said "alright.." I replied, as we slowly got up.

Damn it..
