"KAIBA!!!!!"

Kaiba's ear twitched softly, letting out a soft groan before turning slightly and burying his head back into his pillow. His hair was frizzy- most likely due to the fact his natural hair was curly however he often straightens it - and his eyes were tired, his tanned skin hardly exposed beneath the abundance of blankets he had wrapped himself in while asleep.

Ashara sat up slightly, stretching his arms behind his neck to untense his shoulders. He had no personal need for sleep, however he couldn't help but enjoy laying next to Kaiba and comforting him letting him drift off into his cat nap.

He mainly would just meditate to himself while kaiba slept. He appreciated the medication time while being able to protect his boyfriend from harms way, Kaiba had been through enough the past month.

So as Ashara would clearly tell Kaiba was unwilling to awake despite the calls for him throughout the pyramid, Ashara took it upon himself to deal with whatever was the issue. He stud up and slipped his shirt back on from last night and tied his hair back into a ponytail and slightly adjusting his bangs.

Another yell rang through the pyramid again, stirring Kaiba once again as his fur and hair poofed up slightly and he groaned in annoyance. "What is all that racket?" He hissed, sitting up rubbing his eyes as the blankets fell away from him. "Is that inpu?" Kaiba asked, pulling himself out of bed as Ashara passed him his wesekh.

Kaiba quickly clipped it on and ran a finger through his hair, trying to tame and sort each curled strand. "Kaiba, darling, your hair looks fine" Ashara commented making him sigh "whatever, what does he want??" Kaiba scoffed, quickly sorting his clothes and face before running down stairs.

Inpu found his way into Kaiba's dining room, scoffing as he glanced around studying the murals of Kaiba plastered around the walls. His ears perked as he heard faint muttered from up the stairs, before he could react Kaiba quickly came running down. "What!! What is it?! What could you possibly want?" Kaiba hissed, now meeting Inpu at the base of the stairs staring at him with bitter eyes.

"I was catching up on beauty sleep Inpuu!" Kaiba continued, Ashara meeting him at his side which a much calmer demeanour. "I don't care about your cat naps Kaiba, we had a meeting?! That you were meant to attend!" Inpu lectured

"Meeting?! What meeting?? I wasn't told about any-" Kaiba started, his voice high yet slightly raspy from just waking up. "You definitely knew. Because i told you. About Cleopatra's ball?" Inpu elaborated with a stern tone, irritated by Kaiba's lack of commitment to any events in the camp

"What happened to your arm?" Ashara asked bluntly, Kaiba glanced at his boyfriend in confusion before looking back at the Jackel-Kitsune and his ears flicked up. "I- have you only just noticed?.." Inpu muttered, his eyes flicking between both males standing opposite to him.

He scoffed, keeping topic on track. "The cleopatra ball is in two weeks, we needed all the Egyptian pantheon to come together and decide who to host the event." Inpu scowled, Kaiba looking at him with a dull expression as he struggled to find importance in Inpu's subject. "Why can't you just do it" Kaiba asked bluntly. "I.. I have a husband and three kids I need to look after." Inpu replied quickly

Kaiba gave Ashara a blank glance, Ashara returning it. Despite Inpu's lack of care about whatever Kaiba could think about him the thought the two were communicating without him being able to understand made him uncomfortable. "You know what? Since your soirées are so 'extravagant' why don't you host the cleopatra's ball?" Inpu smirked, deciding to give Kaiba the responsibility as a punishment for not showing.
