The warmth and closeness Hyunjin and Felix shared was rudely interupted by the younger's stomach, which led out a loud growl.
Felix whined and hid his face in Hyunjin's shoulder, laughing lightly from embassment.
Hyunjin chuckled and squeezed Felix tightly before letting go, although the younger made no efforts to move.
"Angel.." the artist warned. "Let me make you some breakfast."
"Let me make YOU some breakfast?" Felix countered as he straightened his back and looked at the older with his puppy eyes.
Hyunjin looked at them and sighed. They really were irresistible. "Can you teach me?" He mocked in a teasing tone.
The younger smirked. "How about I guide you through it?"
"That's perfectly fine with me." Hyunjin returned the smirk and shrugged his shoulders. He patted Felix's leg to signal him to move off his lap. With a brief pout, he did as ordered and slid off, stretching as he stood up from the bed.
"So, Chef Angel." Hyunjin addressed as he followed the younger to the kitchen. "What am I learning today?"
"Pupil Jinnie." He addressed as a teacher. "Today, we will be making my world famous brownie batter pancakes with fresh fruit. Does that sound good to you?"
Hyunjin nodded his head. He wasn't the biggest fan of sweets, never had been. But this was Felix. It wasn't about the food anyway.
Felix beamed his bright smile before clearing his throat. "Okay, first, and arguably most important step, music." He stayed seriously.
Hyunjin raised his brow and smirked lightly. "Music? Is that for the uplifted palate?" He teased playfully.
Felix glared at him. "Yes, actually. Hard to make something with the special ingredient, love, without enjoying the process. So yes, music." He grumbled in a sassy tone.
Hyunjin raised his hands up in defense and chuckled, pulling out his phone and handing it to Felix after unlocking it. "Be my guest."
The younger raised a brow and widened his eyes slightly in surprise. "Just like that..?" He asked genuinely.
Hyunjin furrowed his brows in confusion and tilted his head. "Just like what?"
"You just give me your unlocked phone?" He asked, genuinely surprised. He wasn't suspicious or anything, but they really had only known each other for a few weeks.
"Yeah..?" Hyunjin chuckled. "Don't tell me you're actually a secret criminal mastermind!" He gasped theatrically. "Because if that's the case, I'm gonna want it back." He teased.
"Haha." The younger grumbled sarcastically. "No, I'm just surprised. Are you this open with other people you've known less than a month? Because I think that's something we would need to discuss.." the teasing tone started to creep back in.
"No, actually." Hyunjin retorted and stood a step forward. "I don't like people touching my phone at all." He smirked.
"Aah.. and I guess that makes me the special exception?" Felix rolled his eyes playfully.
"Mhmm." The older shrugged seriously with a small smile. "So what's after music?"
"Patience, pupil." Felix held up his finger as he looked down at the phone, which had locked again. He looked up at Hyunjin with a cheeky smile and held it out.
"Oh~" The older sang. "So now you want me to unlock it?" He teased in a sarcastic voice.
"Yes please!" The younger smiled sweetly as he poked Hyunjin's stomach with the phone, trying not to pay attention to the fact that he could feel how toned it was.
