"Hyunjin?" Dr. Kim asked to the currently zoned out artist sitting across from him.

"Hm?" Hyunjin asked half mindedly as he pulled his eyes away from the case of degrees in the corner. There seemed to be more of them than he remembered.

Seungmin sighed and closed his notebook as he relaxed his posture. "Where is your head at right now?" He challenged.

Hyunjin wasn't sure if it was a good or bad thing that he liked that phrase much better when it was spoken in the deep bass voice of a certain freckled Angel. On the surface, he should be grateful that he wasn't running for the hills at the mere idea that Felix was prying into his brain. On the other hand, though, the exaggerated resistance he felt toward answering the question coming from any other voice, was one of the reasons he really should be answering. Dr. Kim knew what he was doing, so why did he want to do anything but spill his guts? He was paying too much to just sit here and avoid the objective.

"There's more frames now.." Hyunjin ended up stating. It was all against his better judgement. He reached out for a reason. He was sitting in this chair for a reason. But.... he really hated deep diving into his own brain, and this was no exception.

Dr. Kim looked at the case and returned his gaze toward the artist. "Do you want to take a look?" He offered calmly as he gestured to it.

Hyunjin got up from the chair and walked over to the case, studying the framed pieces of paper more closely than he was honestly interested in. "You're already a doctor. What more could you need?" He asked for a reason he didn't even know.

"There will always be more to learn. You became an artist, by definition, when you picked up a pencil or made a brush stroke. But there is more to being an artist than putting a line on paper." The therapist explained. "Same applies to me. You know how hard it is to try and understand something about someone that they don't even understand themselves? I'll take all the education I can get." He chuckled in a more lighthearted manner.

Hyunjin sent the therapist a 'touche' gesture and continued to walk around the room, trying to build up the motivation to get into the events of the last five years. The problem was... he didn't even know where to start.

He sighed and dropped back down on the seat, letting his head fall back with a groan. "This is why I didn't want to even reach out... no offense."

Seungmin scoffed amusingly. "What does 'this' mean?" He asked pointedly.

Hyunjin sighed and looked forward at the therapist. "Having to get into all of the sh-" He stopped himself and cleared his throat. "-stuff that has happened in the last five years. I don't even know where to start, man."

Dr. Kim hummed in understanding and put the notebook down completely. He could see the artist he knew as a teenager hadn't changed as much as he originally led on. "So don't." He suggested casually.

Hyunjin raised his brow questioningly. "What?"

"Don't go into all the sh-stuff.." the doctor teased lightly. "...that has happened the last five years."

The confused look intensified. "Is that your way of saying you won't work with me?" Hyunjin asked seriously, although somewhat surprisingly.

Seungmin shook his head in disagreement and leaned back in the chair. He remembered how resistant the artist had always been to intense and charged conversations where he felt vulnerable. The whole point was to make the environment feel as casual as possible. "No. I mean just forget about catching me up on everything. Whatever happened the last five years was never enough to get you to seek me out. The only thing I need to know right now, is what happened that made it to where you did." The therapist explained.
