~Valerie's POV~

It was later on the next morning and the kids had already gotten up and fixed their breakfast as I sat at the counter and was reading my book.

"Hey ma, did dad ever say that the twins could go with me and Amp today? He didn't answer me yesterday." Jeremiah asked coming up to me

"He didn't say anything to me either, so I guess they can go." I said

"That good, also where's the mouth of the south named Lillian."

I smiled and shook my head, "Tristyn came and picked her and Diana up earlier so they could be one of the first ones at the museum today."

"Surprising I didn't hear Lilly's mouth running ninety miles an hour."

"Why do you always have to start something with here."

"I try not to start stuff, but she just gets under my skin till I just can't help myself sometimes."

The door bell rung and I got up to answer it, "Well you know once you start with here, it's hard to turn back." I opened the door and there stood my nephew, Anthony

"Hey Auntie!" He said all cheery and giving me a hug

"Hello Anthony, how are you?"

"Remember auntie, just call me Amp." He said and I giggled

"You kids and your crazy nicknames."

"Is Jarvis and the evil twins ready?"

"Kids! Amp's here!" I called out to them

"There you go auntie, the name just rolls off the tongue." He said smiling

"Yeah, rolls off like Gibberish."

"Bye mom, we'll see you when we get back." Jeremiah said rushing out the door

"Bye mom." The twins said following behind

"See you later, Auntie and tell uncle Ryan I said what's up." Amp said

"Will do and you have a good day too, Amp and tell your dad I said hey." I closed the door and went walking back through the house to look around and get the grasp that the kids are all gone

I went upstairs to Ryan's office and I knocked on the door, slowly opened it and peeped my head around the door. I went in and closed it behind me as I walked up to his desk where he had stacks of money and was counting it with the automatic counting machine

"I just came to tell you that everyone's gone, so if you hear nothing don't be alarmed because no ones here except for us." I said and I turned around to leave

"Woah what, what are you about to do?" He asked stopping me

"I was about to go and read some of my book."

"Aw come on baby, you can do that anytime. Aren't you gonna do something fun?" He asked while putting a new stack of money into the machine

"To me it sounds fun." I said confidently

"That's Booorrrriiingg! Tell you what, come sit on my lap and we are gonna have some fun." He said patting his leg

"No that's okay, you're busy and I don't want to be a distraction."

"You won't be a distraction because I'm done." After he said that the machine beeped and he took the money out and put it off to the side

He looked up at me with a slight smile and patted his leg, "Come on, I promise I won't bite." I sighed and went around his desk and when I got closer he grabbed my hand and gently pulled me down on his leg while wrapping both arms around my waist
