Elaine's POV

I went to work when I got there and went to my office. I did some rounds and checked up on some patients and stuff. I went back to my office for some consultations. Most of the people who came here were either celebrities or very wealthy people, so famous faces weren't foreign here. Some celebrities do their plastic surgeries here so yeah it is what it is. When it was my lunch I decided to go eat in the cafeteria because I asked for my office to be cleaned as it was a little dusty. I get to the cafeteria and take out my lunch and laptop. I eat lunch while I go through my laptop. Someone asks to join me and I just agree without paying any attention to them.

Person: aren't you gonna look at me?

I take out my spectacles and look up and it was that person from the restaurant with emerald eyes. She sits down opposite me, I didn't realise I was staring until she pointed it out

Person: you're checking me out?

Elaine: no I just think you have beautiful eyes

I said that while I put my spectacles back on and look to my laptop again

Person: straight talker I like, I'm Lisa by the way

Elaine: okay Lisa

Lisa: aren't you gonna tell me your name?

I close the laptop in front of me and pay attention to her. She was so beautiful, she had emerald eyes, just enough tattoos on her neck and knuckles, black hair tied in a bun and she looked mixed race

Elaine: what you think is my name?

Lisa: I don't know but something beautiful like you

I don't know why but I blushed when she called me beautiful

Lisa: (smirk)

Elaine: how did you know I work here?

Lisa: I thought you owned the hospital

Elaine: so you're here because of that?

Lisa: relax I have my own money the only thing I want from you is your heart and a date

Elaine: are you asking me out?

Lisa: I thought I didn't stutter?

Elaine: no, I don't go out with people who forget their manners in their house

Lisa: sorry, I just really like you

Elaine: you don't even know me

Lisa: that's what you think

I check my watch and my lunch was almost over so I start packing my things. I then walk away.

Lisa: so you're not even give me your numbers?

Elaine: bye Lisa

I then walk away and finish my shift. After my shift I go home and find Hannah already starting on dinner.

Elaine: hey Hannah

Hannah: evening ma'am

Elaine: where is Tinker?

Hannah: she's in her kneel

Elaine: okay, Uhm don't you wanna go home I mean the kids aren't here

Hannah: it's okay ma'am I love being here with you

Elaine: no I insist my driver will take you

Hannah: okay thank you

I called my driver and instructed him to take Hannah home while I went to freshen up. After freshening up I made myself dinner then sat on the sofa and FaceTime Zara and Claudia.

Elaine: hey guys

Claudia: hey I haven't see you in a while

Zara: hi y'all, I know that smirk on Elaine's face she better start telling

I go on and tell them about what happened. Zara was so here for this, she's been trying to convince me to date.

Claudia: maybe Zara is right

Elaine: no guys she's good looking but I'm okay she has an attitude

Claudia: yeah?

Zara: oh come on

Elaine: I'm fine I don't need no one

Zara: when was the last time you got laid?

Elaine: (quiet)

Claudia: I bet the last person to touch her was Billie

Yes they weren't lying Billie was the last person to ever touch me and pleasuring myself wasn't my thing so I didn't even bother. I was now feeling attacked

Elaine: okay guys I wanna sleep now.

Zara: truth too much for you?

Elaine: goodnight

I end the call then go to sleep
