Elaine's POV
Billie and I slept with Aidan but he woke up again in the middle of the night, I guess the time zones difference confused him. We were now in our bedroom with him watching The Office. I was sitting in between Billie's legs and Aidan was sitting in between mine.
Billie: how is your mom?
Elaine: she's good, in fact she missed you
Billie: I should go see her
Elaine: yeah, she'd love that
Billie: how was your stay?
Elaine: it was refreshing and it felt like home again
Billie: I'm glad you've put what happened behind you
Elaine: I wouldn't have done it without you, I don't know what would've happened if it wasn't for you
Billie: it's okay my love
Elaine: I'm your love?
Billie: yes you are
Elaine: you love me? I'm the love of your life?
Billie: yeah baby, are you okay?
Elaine: yes, I just love being your love
Billie laughs and Aidan makes baby noises
Elaine: what's wrong baby?
Aidan frowns
Elaine: I just changed your nappy, are you hungry? baby please pass me his food
Billie pass me his food and I feed him, after feeding him I breastfeed him. Aidan never sleeps before he's breastfed. After breastfeeding him I burp him and he sleeps instantly, I go and put him on his cot then walk back into our room. When I get there I sit on the bed across Billie and look at her.
Elaine: you're so beautiful
Billie: thank you, you're beautiful too
I look at her and she looks at me too then remove my hair from my face, then come closer to me. I go closer to her too and we kiss.
Elaine: let's sleep it's late now
Billie: yeah plus I'm performing tomorrow
Elaine: you are? you didn't tell me
Billie: it slipped my mind, but you can come with if you like
Elaine: I'd love too but Zara and Claudia are coming over
Billie: okay
I get off bed then go to the closet
Elaine: where's my onesie? I'm feeling a little cold
Billie: I don't know
Elaine: it's okay I found it
I wear the onesie and a bonnet. Then I get in bed and Billie spoons me, and kiss my neck
Billie: I love you
Elaine: I love you too
Billie: mom invited us for lunch
Elaine: when?
Billie: she said I should let her know when you and the kids come back
Elaine: okay anytime is fine with me
Billie: I'm so glad you're back
Elaine: I only left for a week
Billie: still
Elaine: saw that Zoe is now a director
Billie: yeah I'm so happy for her, in fact I want her to direct one of my upcoming music video
Elaine: that's very thoughtful of you
Billie: besides her being my best friend she's very good at what she does
Elaine: yeah I've seen some of her work too
Billie' I'm so proud of her
Elaine: and I'm proud of you for taking a risk on her
I turn around and kiss her
Elaine: let's sleep it's getting late
She kisses my forehead
Billie: I love you
Elaine: I love you too
