So some people have been hitting me up asking why did I write this story in such a way that it doesn't really embrace African culture and cuisine. Since I'm also African, south African specifically.
Trust me when I say I'm proudly South African but guys, Billie is vegan and most of African foods well specifically my tribe the Zulu tribe doesn't really cater for vegans.
I'm using my tribe as the reference point because I know more about it and I can tell you for sure that the Zulu tribe's food revolves around diary and meat.
The thing about African culture is that you can't talk about it or explore it without talking about our cuisines. So that's why I didn't really talk about African culture that much because it would've been really difficult to considering that Billie is vegan☺️.
