First Sight

24: Sweet Chaos

Izumi heard the loud ringing across the room and instantly groaned as it woke her from her sleep. 

'Who's trying to call me this early? It's Saturday.' she thought, picking herself up from her bed and grabbing her phone off the desk. 

She looked at it to see it was an unknown number. 

"Really? It's just a scam number? Oh whatever, let's just go back to sleep." she told herself as she rested the phone back down and went back to bed. 

"Hah- nice and quiet-" 

As soon as she rested her head on the pillow, her phone was ringing again.

"Erm-" 

She jolted back up and stormed towards her desk and grabbed her phone again and answered since there was no point in ignoring it now. 

"What?!?! What do you want?!?!" she yelled. 

"Miss Toshinori?" 

The greenette froze, she looked at the screen, it was the same exact unknown number from before, but why did the voice sound so familiar? 

"Ah- who is this?" Izumi asked. 

"I'm sorry if I woke you suddenly, Miss Toshinori, but this is Sirius." 

'What? Why's Mister Sombre calling me? Wait- did I forget something from all the papers I did yesterday?'

"Did I forget to do anything yesterday from all the papers you brought me?" 

"Oh no, Miss Toshinori. You did everything better than I expected, so do not worry about that. There's something else I called you for." 

"Okay, then what is it?" 

"I will send you the address of where you need to be today, and you should come here pretty soon." and then the phone call ended there. 

Izumi looked back at her phone to only see an address she'd never seen before. 

'What's this all about, and why me?' she thought.

"Uh- I should've known this would be a strange place, but... who lives here?!?!?" she yelled to herself looking at the mansion in front of her. 

"Ah- good morning, Miss Toshinori! You came here sooner than I expected." Sirius said, exiting the large mansion. 

"Eh- Mister Sombre, you did tell me to get here pretty soon." Izumi said, sounding tired. 

"Ah- that's right." 

"So why exactly did you ask me to come here? You do realize it's Saturday." 

"That's correct too, but it wasn't me that needed the help for today." 

'He doesn't need help? Then who would- Wait-' 

"W-Who exactly needs my help today?"

But before she could really get an answer, she was pulled right into the large mansion unexpectedly. 

"This is nothing to worry about Miss Toshinori, as I've given you a list of things you will need to do here today. Of course it's not just the list that you need to complete, as our boss will ask you to do a few personal things for him as well." 

"H-Hold on, Mister Sombre! What're you saying?!?! Do you seriously think that I want to do this?!?!"
