"Arg- will all of you just shut up!?!?!"
The class went silent and they turned their heads to see Dahlia standing up from her desk.
'Dahlia...'
"Izu- I mean, Miss Toshinori is a really helpful and smart woman! She's a kind and sweet woman that is willing to help all of us, and all of you are discouraging her just because she's Miss Uraraka's friend! Well look!"
Dahlia pulled up the homework she was working on minutes ago when Izumi helped her.
"She understands English perfectly and taught me something that I can understand much easier than our other teacher can! Miss Toshinori simplified everything and made English easier for me, and that means I trust her and that she can and should teach us!" Dahlia yelled.
'Dahlia...'
"And she's helped me too!"
Everyone turned their heads to see Kota standing up from his desk.
"She helped me get my confidence in signing up for the baseball team, and I got in because of her advice. And she was the one who struck out the entire baseball team to prove a point for me! And she was constantly worried about Eri when she was taken to the hospital! She's an awesome teacher even if she isn't a teacher to you guys! So I want her to teach us more!" Kota yelled.
'Kota too?' Izumi thought and took a deep breath and knew exactly what to say now.
"Thank you, Dahlia, Kota, that's really sweet of you to help, so I will put in my words as well." Izumi said, and they looked at the greenette.
"Hah- I'm sure all of you know that I go by two different names; Izumi Toshinori and Izuku Midoriya." and she noticed some of them went wide-eyed.
"Now, with my name Izumi Toshinori, I am known as a novel writer, and that means that I have to learn and know my English, which I speak fluently in. With my name Izuku Midoriya, I was a World Champion Boxer for a few years, and in the time that I did boxing, I had to talk to people that spoke fluent English. So that meant I had to study and learn my English as fast as I could and I ended up staying at the top of my class all through high school. I graduated my class as the Number 1 ranked student and attended U.A. for my college and though it took me a while, I have gotten all of my credits to graduate with a Bachelor's degree. Now some of you might not really care about anything that I just said, but there's one thing that all of you should know..." she paused and took a deep breath.
"If you are somewhere that isn't in Japan and is in a different country, it is considered important for you to learn and know and speak English fluently. And it also depends on what all of you are majoring in for your career to begin once you've finished high school. Believe me when I say I used to hate English, and I hated knowing that I had to study it, but once I figured out just how simple and easy it can be, it changed everything for me." Izumi said, as she grabbed the stack of papers on the teacher's desk.
"This stuff... you don't need to know this stuff anytime soon, and the reason I say this is because you have to know and understand the language first before you force yourself to try it when it's written in front of you. Your teacher is teaching you something college level, so that means they're acting like all of you are not your age and are forcing you to struggle. I will not do that, as I will help all of you learn and understand that English is a lot easier than you think." Izumi said, as she threw the stack of papers into the trash.
All of them were in awe, it seemed like her attitude made a complete 180 and she was much more confident now.
"Alright, so all of you please tell me what you're struggling at first and we'll go from there. Okay?" Izumi asked, and all of them raised their hands and went one at a time to say what they were struggling with.
