"It's been so long since I was last able to visit you, so I came here with my son this time!" Mitsuki said. 

Izumi and Katsuki were still staring at each other, not really sure if this was a dream or not. Mitsuki noticed and looked at the little greenette. 

"Oh goodness, you must be Inko's daughter, right?" Mitsuki asked. 

"Ah- Y-Yes! I-Izumi." Izumi said, trying not to panic. 

'If Kacchan finds out who I am right now, I don't know what will happen!' Izumi thought, as she gulped. 

"But Mitsuki, I thought you were out of the country?" Inko asked. 

"I was for a little while, but I can finally settle down since my son's company has been doing well! If only he would decide to date and then finally get married." Mitsuki muttered. 

"You-" 

"I-I'm sorry to interrupt." 

All of them turned their heads to look at Izumi. 

"But- I need to make a call really fast, excuse me." Izumi said, and walked past Katsuki and out of the room.

"Oh, I wasn't expecting your daughter to be so shy." Mitsuki said. 

"She can't help that, I think she gets it from me." Inko said happily. 

"Oh Inko, you've lost so much weight, are you sure you're doing okay? I know it's been a while since I last saw you, but you seemed perfectly fine last time we met." Mitsuki said. 

"I'm just fine, Mitsuki." 

'This woman... she looks really familiar...' Katsuki thought. 

Remembering that Emily said it was supposed to be Izuku that was to be his blind date did surprise him, but he was questioning why Izumi's mother was so familiar to someone else he'd met in the past.

Izumi walked out of the hospital and felt like she could finally breathe after what she just witnessed, which was meeting Katsuki at the hospital. 

'That was close, I still can't let Kacchan know that I'm Izuku.' Izumi thought. 

"Izumi?" 

Izumi froze, as she slowly turned her head and was surprised to see Shoto standing a few feet away from her. 

"S-Shoto?" 

"Hm, I thought it was you." Shoto said. 

"Ah- I-" 

"Why don't we sit down and talk for a bit?"

Izumi and Shoto were sitting in the lobby of the hospital, neither of them wanted to say anything, just sitting there patiently. 

"I didn't know you'd be here today." Shoto said. 

"Same here, I wasn't expecting to meet you at the hospital of all places." Izumi said. 

"What brings you to the hospital?" Shoto asked. 

"Oh- I was just here to visit my mom, I haven't been able to until now, but just seeing her can be a bit hard." Izumi said. 

"I see..." 

"What about you?" 

"My mother, I usually come to visit my mother when I get the chance. Though it's been hard, I try to find the time to see her." Shoto said.
