First Sight

103: Universe

( Note: Alright, we're going back to focusing on Izumi and Katsuki's Christmas Eve, enjoy! )

"Umm... Kacchan, do we really have to be here this long? I'm sure we're missing out on a lot at the Amusement Park." Izumi said. 

They were still at the Christmas Market and Izumi could tell they were missing out on things that were happening at the Amusement Park, the place she wanted to go to in the first place. 

"Hah- fine, but we'll come back here later." 

"L-Later? Any reason why? I thought we looked around enough?" 

"We did, but you didn't pick anything." 

"Hm?" 

"Nevermind, let's go before it gets busy on the way there." Katsuki said, grabbing the greenette's hand to follow him.

The second they arrived at the Amusement Park, Izumi's eyes lit up with delight from all the events happening around her. 

"Wow, I've never been here during the holidays, it's so pretty!" Izumi said happily. 

"Where d'you wanna go first?" he asked. 

"Huh? Where do I wanna go? Hmm... let's go..." Izumi quickly grabbed his hand and pulled him. 

"This way!" 

Katsuki could tell that just by coming here, the greenette was a lot happier than when they were at the Market. 

'I still wanna get her something special, but she hasn't told me anything.' Katsuki thought, but the second Izumi wanted to ride some of the rides, his worries and thoughts blew away like the snow.

After an hour or two, it seemed like they'd ridden everything that didn't have a long line, and since they already had lunch before they came, they didn't need to stop anywhere to eat. 

"Hmm... should we stay till the fireworks come at night?" Izumi asked. 

Katsuki was sure the greenette would want to check out all the gift shops and such, but she didn't seem all that interested, and he was curious. 

"Kacchan?" 

"Huh?" 

"Do you wanna stay till the fireworks come?" Izumi asked, leaning up close to his face. 

"Tch- fine." 

"Yay!" 

'What the hell? She's more excited about fireworks than wanting to get a present from me?' he thought, trying not to get annoyed.

So the two of them stayed at the park until the sky got dark and it seemed like the snow got a little heavier than it did during the day. And now that it'd gotten darker outside, all the Christmas Lights were brighter than they were during the day. 

The blond knew instantly that Izumi was looking forward to the fireworks as her eyes brightened and there was a slight hue of pink hitting her cheeks and nose. 

'Is she... cold?' he thought. 

"Deku." 

"Hm? What is it, Ka-" 

Katsuki pulled out a thick scarf and wrapped it around the greenette's neck. 

"-cchan?" 

"You looked cold, so I bought one earlier to keep you warm." he said, as he finished wrapping the scarf around her.
