94: Suffer

"So you came here after you just went to the hospital only to find Rose bothering me, and decided to slap her and yell at her... why exactly?" 

Izumi felt intimidated as she sat in Katsuki's office and felt like she did back when she had to come to his office for the first time all those months ago. 

"Hah- I went to the hospital because Dahlia woke up and wanted to tell the truth about her mom. Rose has been abusing Dahlia so when I saw Rose trying to, Ahem, 'talk' to you, it bothered me. What was she doing following you around anyway?" Izumi asked. 

"Oh that... Rose's 'partner' was a business partner with me, but after I cut him off, she thought she could try and 'bribe' me and have me fall for it. It makes sense now after experiencing someone else try it on me." Katsuki.

"She was bribing you? Arg- that just makes me furious!!!" Izumi yelled. 

"But I didn't fall for it." 

Izumi looked up at the blond. He knelt down in front of her and she couldn't help but blush when he smirked at her. 

"Erm- that doesn't mean I'm happy about the fact that Rose tried to steal my boyfriend." Izumi huffed, crossing her arms. 

Though she looked pissed about it, Katsuki couldn't help but smile because it was cute how she was acting like it was bad. 

"I said..." 

He paused as he lifted himself off the ground and sat next to the greenette and wrapped his arm over her shoulder. He lifted his left hand and placed it under her chin and slowly turned her head to face him. 

"I didn't fall for it, because the only person who can flirt and get away with it..." he paused again and pecked her cheek. 

"Would be you." he whispered.

Izumi felt his warm breath hit her cheeks and she couldn't help but lean towards his face and slowly close her eyes. 

He soon did the same and was ready to feel those soft lips and then- 

"Am I interrupting something, sir?" 

Both of them froze, and Katsuki quickly jerked his head to see Sirius standing there. 

"Sirius. We were in the middle of something." Katsuki said. 

"I see that, but I just wanted to make sure it was important." Sirius said with a sweet but fake smile. 

"I-It was a little bit, Mister Sombre." Izumi mumbled. 

"Ah- well then you are more than welcome to continue." Sirius said. 

"Hah- what d'you want?" Katsuki asked, knowing that Sirius was gonna stay till they were done.

"We have a meeting to attend to, sir." Sirius said. 

"You- You couldn't wait 2 minutes?!?!?" Katsuki yelled. 

"Well by then, you would've been mad at me for waiting to tell you." Sirius said. 

"Hah- fine, I'll be there in a minute." Katsuki said as he looked back at the greenette and was about to lean towards her, that is until she placed her hand over his mouth. 

"I think you should take care of work first, I'm just in the way right now. And besides, if we continued this, you wouldn't want to go to your meeting after this." Izumi teased.

"Arg- you-" 

She pecked his cheek to stop him from getting angry, and it worked as she soon jumped up from the couch and headed to the door.
