The sound of the door knocking caused both the greenette and blond to look and see who wanted to come in the room. The door opened and it was Dahlia wearing a sling to hold her arm up.

"Dahlia."

"What's this kid doing here?"

"Um, excuse me, Miss Toshinori... but would it be alright to talk to you for a second?" Dahlia asked.

Izumi looked at Katsuki and he instantly knew this meant Dahlia wanted to talk to Izumi alone.

"Hah- fine, I'll be outside." Katsuki said, getting up from his chair and leaving the room.

Dahlia turned her attention back to the greenette and sighed.

"My dad told me you had to be taken to the hospital because my mom attacked you." Dahlia said, taking Katsuki's seat.

"Yes, we were lucky your mom didn't cause any problems around me. Luckily Iris was there to stop your mom from causing any trouble." Izumi said.

"Oh, I didn't know you knew Aunt Iris." Izumi froze.

"'Aunt Iris'? She's my friend, but how do you know Iris?"

"Oh, she's my mom's friend. My step-mom's friend I mean."

"Ah- I see..."

"I just still feel awful knowing that you got involved with all of this because of me hurting Eri." Dahlia said.

"Hmph, you don't need to feel sorry about someone like me, it feels like no matter where I go, trouble always follows me." Izumi said, rubbing the back of her head.

"The doctor told me that Eri woke up last night..."

"Ah- you heard about Eri waking up too?"

"Mn. But I'm still scared."

"Huh? About what, Dahlia?"

"About her forgiving me. I'm not sure if I will be able to be friends with Eri if she does forgive me." Dahlia said.

Izumi could tell this thought was eating up at the redhead, and not in a good way.

"Don't worry, she will."

Dahlia looked up at the greenette.

"She... will?"

"Mn. Eri has always been the kind of girl who can forgive and forget. So there's no need to be scared because I'm sure that she will understand why you did what you did." Izumi said with a sweet smile.

Dahlia felt the greenette's smile was filled with warmth and she couldn't help but start crying.

"Ah- Dahlia, did I say something wrong?!? Are you okay?" Izumi asked, getting worried.

"Ah- mn. I'm fine... I just... you're so nice to me, just like Eri!" Dahlia cried.

"Oh? Is that a bad thing?"

"No! I just feel like I don't deserve to be given such nice words from such nice people, and it's all my fault that things turned out this way! I hurt so many people!" Dahlia cried.

"Oh Dahlia, you did nothing to hurt me. It's okay..." Izumi said, as she pulled the redhead into a hug and let her cry on her shoulder for a while.

'She'll be feeling guilty about everything for a while, I can tell... but at least she knows what she's done wrong to Eri.' Izumi thought.

"Seems you two were talking?"

Izumi and Dahlia look up to see Takashi at the door.
