"Hello Miss Toshinori, my name is Sirius Sombre. I have come here to ask you about some business that needs to be dealt with." Sirius said, with an oh so assuring smile.

Izumi looked at this man, he had perfectly clean hair that was slick back and his eyes were a bit haunting.

"Wait- business with me? For what?" Izumi asked.

"I will explain it to you when we go inside, please." Sirius said.

Izumi sat across from this man and looked at his black suit, not a single thing was out of place when she analyzed him.

'What's up with this guy? There's something strange about him.' Izumi thought.

She squinted her eyes and noticed something that she didn't see before, as she saw dark black and bold lines from his neck.

'Is that... a tattoo?' Izumi thought.

"I've brought some tea for you." Mrs. Flora said, holding a tray and resting it on the coffee table in between the two of them.

"Ah- thank you, Mrs. Flora. I will let you know if I need anything." Izumi said, and the old woman nodded and left the room.

Izumi looked down at the coffee table and saw this man grabbing his teacup first and taking a few sips.

"Is there any reason why you're asking me about some 'business'?" Izumi asked.

"Ah yes- I almost forgot that that's the reason I came here. I do apologize that I haven't said anything about this yet." Sirius said.

"I-It's fine, I was just wondering why someone would come talk to me about business." Izumi said.

"Yes- here." Sirius said, pulling out a small business card and handing it to the greenette. Izumi grabbed it and looked up at the man.

"This is my client, as he is currently wanting to deal with some business with you." Sirius said. Izumi looked down at the card and read the name; Katsuki Bakugo

"I'm sure you know who my client is then?" Sirius asked.

She looked up at him, how did this happen?

"Why is the most successful business man wanting to do business with me?" Izumi asked.

She tried to think about it, it certainly wasn't because she's an author, highly certain it was because he was attracted to her, so what?

"What business would he possibly have with someone like me?" Izumi asked, crossing her arms.

"This house..." Izumi froze.

"My client is currently trying to expand his business and will be planning on making a new branch in this area. Unfortunately, he is not able to start the construction unless he has the property rights to this mansion." Sirius said.

"So what're you saying?"

"My client wishes for you to sell this house to him. He will return the money to you as compensation." Sirius said, that irked her right away.

"Absolutely not!" Izumi yelled, standing up from her seat.

Sirius looked up at her, he noticed how enraged her eyes looked and her hands were shaking.

"Why would I want to sell this place to such a tyrant?!?! This place is my home and I have nowhere else to go if I do sell this place! And... I grew up here, so all my precious memories are in this place." Izumi said, as her specs slid down her nose.
