"Hi mom!"

"Izuku, sweetie, I didn't know you were coming today."

Izumi was a bit thrown off by looking at her mom since her mother had lost all of her hair since she started the Chemotherapy.

"You look really different without all your hair, mom."

"Oh I know, but don't worry, I'm feeling a lot better." Inko said.

'She does look like she's gotten a bit more energy since the last time I saw her.' Izumi thought.

Inko looked to see someone else was entering the hospital room and blinked a few times as she watched the blond walk in.

"Oh?"

"Oh mom, this is Katsuki, he came here with his mom last time I came to visit you, remember?" Izumi stated.

"Oh, that's a surprise to see both of you here, but why is Mitsuki's son with you, Izuku?" Inko asked.

"Ah- a-actually... Kacchan's... my boyfriend..." Izumi said nervously.

'Crap, I forgot that mom was always on the fence when it came to me dating and-'

"Well that's wonderful!" Inko said happily, Izumi froze.

"Ah- huh?"

"I figured you two would end up a couple some day, and I assumed right for you two to go on a blind date a month ago. How wonderful!" Inko said with joy.

"Oh... o-okay." Izumi mumbled.

Just when things were about to get a little awkward, Izumi's phone started ringing.

'Oh thank goodness someone's breaking the silence!' Izumi thought as she pulled out her phone.

"I-I need to take this really quick, I'll be right back, Kacchan." Izumi said and left the room, for only the blond and elder greenette remained.

"It's nice to see Izuku so happy." Katsuki looked at Inko.

"It's unfortunate that I was never home to see this happy side of her when she was in high school. Your mother would always call me telling me you were hanging around my daughter, and she always told me how surprising it was to see her son talking to someone like Izuku." Inko said.

"Ah- yeah, Izuku helped me on my first day of school with directions." Katsuki said.

"She's never dated anyone after meeting you." Katsuki froze.

"Ah- what?"

"She was so broken-hearted for some reason against you that she refused to date all together. It seemed like her entire personality changed after meeting you, but it changed after she stopped talking to you." Inko said.

"Right..."

"Izuku is just like her cousin, willing to help others but refuses to help herself. Katsuki..." Katsuki looked at the elder greenette.

"Please... make my daughter as happy as you can. She's been through a lot, and I want to make sure someone's there for her when she needs to influence to know she's not alone anymore." Inko said with a warm smile.

"Ah- yes... yes ma'am..." Katsuki mumbled, Inko nodded.

"I'm back, did I miss anything?" Izumi asked.

"No, Izuku, everything's fine." Inko said.

"Huh? Oh geez, we gotta get going! Sorry mom, I'll try and visit you soon!" Izumi said, as she grabbed the blond and they left the hospital room.
