Now that exams were over for the semester, it seemed everyone at school was excited for Christmas which happened to be in just a few days. One certain greenette was excited for Christmas as well, but she was more nervous than excited because she was wanting to ask her best friend to spend Christmas Eve together with her. 

'This is it, now's my chance to ask Kacchan if he's available for Christmas Eve! I've been trying all month to ask and now that exams are over, I can really try this time.' Izuku thought as she took a deep breath and headed back to her class.

Izuku opened the door to her classroom and could see all the boys in her class crowding around Katsuki. 

"Yo Bakugo, you got plans for Christmas Eve?" 

"Yeah, we're all planning on going out that night, you should come with us!" 

Izuku noticed how Katsuki wasn't responding, he just sat there as all the boys kept trying to persuade him. 

"So Bakugo, you wanna come with us?" 

"Hard pass." 

"What? Oh c'mon, Bakugo! It'll be fun!" 

"Well I'm not going, I got plans already." Katsuki said, Izuku froze. 

'He... has plans for Christmas Eve already?' Izuku thought. 

"What? You've got plans? Don't tell me you got yourself a girlfriend from another school?" 

"Tch- no way. But yeah, I got plans and I'm not changing 'em." Katsuki said. 

Izuku stood right by the door and tried not to get upset. 

'So much for wanting to ask Kacchan for Christmas Eve.' Izuku thought.

When lunch break came, Izuku remained sitting at her desk and noticed Katsuki didn't even budge from his desk either. 

"Oi-" 

Izuku looked up to see him turning his body to face her. 

"You're quiet today." Katsuki said. 

"I-I am?" 

"Mn, then again you're quiet as usual. What's up with you?" Katsuki asked, resting his arms on her desk. 

"Ah- n-nothing's up! I'm still thinking about the exams." 

"But exams just finished, nerd." he said, flicking his finger on her forehead. 

"Ouch! You didn't have to do that." 

"Yes I do, so tell me what's going on." 

"Huh?" 

"I know you Deku, and you're always hiding something from me when you make that face. So tell me what's going on." Katsuki said.

Izuku knew he wasn't gonna quit asking her until she told him what was on her mind. She clasped her hands together and felt her lip start quivering from how nervous she was. 

"I-I... I heard you had plans for Christmas Eve already..." Izuku mumbled. 

"Uh huh, and?" 

"A-And... I was going to ask you... if you'd be free to..." she paused, trying to find the right words. 

"Hah- just spit it out already, Deku." 

"Erm- I was wanting to ask you if you'd spend Christmas Eve with me!" she yelled and then instantly clasped her hand over her mouth.
