First Sight

41: Thumping

"U-Uh, Mr. Dynamite, where're you taking me?" she asked nervously. 

"What d'you think? Dinner." 

"Ah- wait- WHAT?!?!?"

Once the car came to a stop, Izumi looked out the window and froze when she recognized the area. 

'This is-' 

"You comin?" 

She turned to see Katsuki was already out of the car. 

"Ah- M-Mr. Dynamite, are you sure we're having dinner here?" Izumi asked, getting out of the car. 

"Why wouldn't we, I already stopped the car, didn't I?" 

"I-I- that's true..." 

"C'mon, I'm starving." the blond said, walking into the small building. 

Izumi looked up at the sign and knew the old hand painted and faded sign all too well. 

'This is- the Ramen shop me and Kacchan would go to after I was done training for the day.'

( Flashback )

"Kacchan, where're we going?" 

"Aren't you hungry, I'm starving. Why does your training take so long?" 

"You could've gotten something on your own instead of waiting for me, Kacchan." 

"Nah- then it wouldn't taste as good eating it alone." the blond said. 

"What's that supposed to mean?" 

"Nevermind, we're here." Katsuki said, stopping in his tracks. 

Izuku looked up at the building, it was small and looked more like it was one of those hole in the wall shops. She looked up at the sign and read the faded hand painted words, it was a Ramen shop. 

"A... Ramen shop?" 

"Yeah, got a problem with that?" 

"N-No! I just haven't had Ramen in a while..." the greenette said. 

"C'mon, I'm starving." 

"Right behind you, Kacchan."

( Back to Present )

Izumi sat there and stared at the bowl of Ramen sitting in front of her. Katsuki noticed as he was just about to start eating. 

"Oi-" 

She snapped her head up at him. 

"Aren't you gonna eat, I know you didn't have lunch." Katsuki said. 

'H-He knew I didn't get the chance to have lunch? Is that why he wanted to have dinner with me? But still... Does this also mean he recognizes me?' the greenette thought. 

Her thoughts were instantly ignored by the loud growl coming from her stomach.

The blond looked at her, not expecting to hear something so loud. 

"Was that you?-" 

"I-I'm eating, thank you for the food!" she yelled and started eating right away. 

He watched as she hogged the entire bowl down in mere seconds and exhaled after swallowing everything. 

"Excuse me, can I get another bowl of Ramen over here!" Izumi yelled. 

The blond was surprised, he knew she was hungry, but not that hungry. Izumi received her second bowl and scarfed that one down as well.
