Ines woke up and stretching in bed, she looked to her right and smiled when she saw her husband, on his left side, with his right arm around her waist still sleeping. There was a sight that she never thought she could have. She remembered 3 years ago when they just moved to Hoth, escaping from the Empire.

Flashback:

3 years ago, Hoth

Ines was walking on the south passage heading towards the little bar spot that they had in Hoth. They just moved a couple a days, hiding from the Empire, hoping that this time it was for good.

Entering inside the room, she saw him, sitting alone on one of the tables, with a drink of Jawa Juice. He went through a lot when months ago he killed Shira. Many in the Rebellion thought he was a traitor and even his title of Commander was taking out from him. He had to explained that he did what he did because the force told him to do. And that meant there would be a reason.

Of course the ones who actually believe in him was Leia, Han and herself, but even Leia couldn't do anything about it. A proper investigation was handle and by surprise of everyone, except for her, they found out that Shira was in fact an Imperial spy. That explained why the Empire always knew where they were hiding. After that, his title was restore and everyone who condemned him apologize.

After that, they had to leave the former place where they were hiding and head to Hoth, a snow and freezing place with so far, no life form. They decided to have circles throughout the area, and she was the one responsible for the schedules.

The moment she entered, Luke looked at her and that made her heart beat fast, like every time he looked at her. Walking towards his table, she handle his schedule.

"Here. This is your schedule for the next week circles. Next week I will handle a new one," she told him.

Luke grabbed the paper and looked up at her

"Thank you." he told her

"You're welcome." she said and before he could say anything, she turned around and left. Standing up, Luke decided to followed her and stopped her in the middle of the corridor.

"Ines. Please stop," he said grabbing her left arm and made her facing him.

"What do you want? I have things to do," she told him, looking him in the eye.

"Why are you treating me like this lately?" he asked her.

"Like what?"

"Oh come on. You barely speak to me, or look at me. What did I do to you? Please tell me."

"If you can't figure it out by yourself than I'm not the one who is going to tell you. Now if you excuse me." she said ready to leave but he didn't let her go.

"No, I will not excuse you." he told her facing her. "I miss you. I miss our good times together. I miss my friend."

"Yeah, friend. That is only am I to you, right?"

Luke looked at her and without noticing he started to got closer to her.

"Ines, I just..." he started but someone came up and called him.

"Commander Skywalker, Princess Leia want you to have a meeting with you in the Command Center"

Sighing Luke looked at the officer.

"Does it have to be right now? I'm kind of busy."

"I'm sorry commander but the meeting is urgent," he said making Luke nod.
