Chapter 109 - The Wedding Reception

After the ceremony, everyone took their time to hug and wishing to the bride and groom all the best and to congratulate them for their wedding and also to wish Leia's a happy birthday, and many of them did the same to Luke.

Jobal and Ruwee Naberrie got closer to Han and Leia and hugged them both

"I'm so happy for both of you." Ruwee said hugging Han. "I'm happy to have another wonderful grandson Han."

"Thank you Sir." Han replied to him

"Please call me Ruwee or grandfather because from now on you are my grandson." he smiled at Han who smiled back

Jobal hugged her granddaughter.

"You look so beautiful my dear." she said with tears in her eyes

"Oh grandmother, please don't cry or I will start to cry too. Today is an emotional day and the fact that I'm pregnant it doesn't help either." she said smiling at the same time.

"I know dear, but I'm your grandmother and grandmothers cry a lot in these days. And the fact that we were not on your brother's wedding, it makes today even more special"

"I know." Leia said and hugged her more.

"Your mother would be so proud and so happy for you if she was here. For both of you."

"Hey today is a happy day so let's focus on that." Ines said and hugged her

"You are right and today is not only the wedding of one of my grand kids but also the birthday of both of them." she said hugging Luke who hugged her back smiling and pulling away he kissed her forehead

"We love you grandma." he said. "And you too grandpa."

"We love you too." Ruwee told him.

Queen Naluma came next and hugging Han and Leia, she then hugged Ines and Luke and smiling at little Ben who, as usual was focus on her jewels, and raising his hands towards her

"Baby, don't bother her majesty." Luke laughed at her son who whimp and pout towards his father

"It is fine. I don't mind." she said and picking him from Ines arms she laughed when immediately Ben touched her shiny necklace

"Oh!" he said smiling at her

"You are so big right now and so beautiful." Queen Naluma smiled and kissed his little forehead

"Time flies." Ines said smiling

"But soon you will have two more." Queen Naluma smiled looking at Ines belly

"And two more after these two came out." Ines said looking at Leia

"I know. Congratulations too. The family will be bigger and I can't wait to see these place filled with kids running around." The Queen of Naboo said smiling at the little boy on her arms rested his head on her shoulder while sucking his thumb.

"He likes you and the fact he didn't have his afternoon nap it is finally hit him." Luke smiled looking at his sweet boy and picking him up from Queen Naluma arms, the baby boy wrapped his arms around his father's neck and slowly closed his eyes, and soon it was fast asleep.

"Come on, let's go the reception area because everyone is already there, except us." Han said and everyone agreed and all of them head to the tent.

The day was passing by in a very happy day. The tent was filled with tables, and beautiful flowers decorated it. As the time pass by and the sun started to set, the tiny white bulbs light up, giving a magic tone on the place.
