I know I said I would do the Halloween one but I saw this and went "fuck Yeah an empires one?? Gotta do it"

Fwhip walked out of the goblands before heading towards his neighbour and alliances empire,LDShadowLady or better known as Lizzie

He grinned as he got closer,speeding up his steps and opening the gate before realising that it was a lot more populated than last time he was here,all of the residents were foxes

The goblin looked around before heading up further,walking past even more houses and heading up to the main building where the pink haired mayor lived

He finally got up there before seeing that she in face had no door,horrible security he had to say so himself,so he decided to do the next best thing which was screaming "LIZZIE!!"

A thud then running could be heard as the pinkette appeared on the stairs,her tail stood high up and her ears in pointed directed to where the noise came from

She saw that who it was and sighed,calming down before glaring at the other "A warning would be nice" the pinkette walked down the rest on the stairs,tying up her hair while going past him

He happily followed her towards the town once again,both of their tails wagging behind them with each step they took

The feline greeted every villager they ran into,all it then being just as cheerful as the rulers if not more,each of them having important jobs to do

The mayor continued walking until the reached the water surrounding her somewhat hidden town,the ginger reached into the water causing lots of axolotls to come over and swarm his arm which made the two laugh

It was expected for the two non humans and neighbours to become friends,their alliance was to be expected and everyone was glad they were close friends
