VINCENT'S POV

I was busy drinking my wine inside my bar, together with my men as our celebration for Sophie and I's wedding next week.

"Boss, magq-quit ka na ba bilang boss namin?" Gin, one of my men, asked me.

I looked at him, then I put my glass above the table. "I want to give all my time to Sophie and to our future kids. I don't want them to live a miserable life and fear my enemies attacking us every single time."

"Naiintindihan ka namin, boss. Masaya kami para sa inyo."

"You can just call me Vincent now," I said.

They all looked at each other before looking at me again.

"Hindi po namin magagawa iyon, boss. Kahit na anong mangyari, ikaw pa rin ang boss namin." Joe said to me.

I gave them a smirk, then I raised my glass of wine. "Let's celebrate my wedding with the woman I love, and for winning our encounter against our enemies last week. We no longer have our enemies now, so you can all have your own life now, not as mafias, but as normal people."

"Cheers!"

Sophie's with her best friends right now for their all-girls night out. I fucking miss her so much. I haven't seen her for a week already because she told me she wants to spend time with her family and friends. For sure, she just wants me to miss her so much. I swear I will never let her sleep on our wedding night.

"Having a fun night, huh?"

I stopped drinking my wine when I heard that familiar voice. I turned my head in his direction and there, Darius, standing while looking at me with a smirk on his face.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him.

"Oh, I'm sorry. You didn't invite me to your bachelor's party. I just came here to congratulate you on your upcoming wedding with the woman you love."

"Thanks." I simply replied.

He sat on the chair next to me and poured some wine into his glass. We stayed quiet until he spoke again. "I know you were surprised when you found out that I am your father. I know you hated it."

I didn't respond.

Right. Darius, the strongest boss of our enemies, is none other than my father. His group is our ultimate enemy, and we had an encounter with them last week, only for me to find out that he's my real father. I got confused when he didn't kill me when he already had the chance, then he said the truth to me.

"I know I neverhad the chance to be the best father for you. I won't say that I will make itup to you and I won't ask you to forgive me, either. I just want you to knowthat you can live a peaceful life now with your wife and I will make sure that I will fight all the enemies that would try to hurt you and your family. Just leave it all to me."

"You don't have to do that for me."

"I want to, as your father."

Silence captivated us again. Then he finally stood up.

"I'll be going now. Be happy and take care of your wife," he said, then he started walking away. But before he could even go out of the bar, I called him again.

"Wait."

He turned around and looked at me.

"You should go to my wedding. My wife wants to see you." I said, without looking at him.

"Really? Alright, I'll go there."

 "T-Thanks."

Then he finally left.

Just as soon as I sat back in the chair again, my phone rang and it was a call from Sophie.

"Sophie..."

"Hey handsome, anong ginagawa mo ngayon?"

"Thinking about you."

She chuckled. "Silly, alam ko namang hindi iyan ang ginagawa mo ngayon."

"Do you want to know what's inside my mind while I'm thinking about you?"

"Ano?"

"I'm thinkingabout the first night after our wedding. Just to inform you, I will never letyou sleep on that night. No matter how many times you try to plead, I will just keep on giving you the best and the longest fuck you'll ever experience in your whole life."

"Vincent!"

"I'm just informing you."

"Fine. By the way, gusto ko lang sabihin sa'yo na katatapos lang namin mag-usap ni Monica. Mamaya naman, magd-dinner kami ng kuya mo."

I drank some of my wine. "Oh, so you're planning to meet my brother when you haven't even made an appointment with your own husband? Don't you even miss me?"

"So, nagseselos ka na ba ngayon? Sa sarili mong kuya?"

"I am."

"Vincent, seryoso ka ba?"

"I'm just kidding. Go on and eat dinner with him whenever you want."

I heard her laugh. "Talaga? Alam mo na kung paano magbiro ngayon, huh? Oh well, masaya ako dahil nagsisimula nang imaging kumpleto ang lahat. At least ngayon wala nang against sa atin."

"My father's going to our wedding."

"A...Ano?! Talaga?!"

"Yep."

"Oh my God, Vincent. Napakasaya ko para sa'yo. Teka, naiiyak yata ako."

"What? Where are you?"

"Hindi mo na kailangang magpunta rito. Masaya lang talaga ako para sa'yo..."

"I can't wait to see you already.."

"Me too..."
