Vincent's POV

I tossed the gun to the ground as soon as I was able to kill the two men that tried to go inside our base.

"Bumalik na po siya, boss. Bumalik na si Lucien."

"Oh, so that man isn't dead?" I asked while washing my hands.

George shook his head. "Hindi po, boss. Nalaman ng mga tao natin na ang napatay niyo po noon ay hindi siya. At nagawa niya na ring magkaroon ng mga bagong tao. Sabi rin nila mas marami pa sila sa atin ngayon. Maraming kilala ang grupo nila na mga tao sa Asiaa at Europe. Sobrang lakas na po talaga nila ngayon."

"And why do you sound so scared?" I asked him with my brows raised.

"H..Hindi po, boss. Hindi po ako natatakot. Tingin ko lang naghahanda na si Lucien sa pagkikita ninyong dalawa. Pakiramdam ko fully-quipped na sila ngayon."

"No one dares to go against me, George. Everyone who tries to betray me or fight me will always be put in hell. And Lucien, I was able to defeat him before. That only means I will be able to defeat him again. Do you understand that?"

He nodded. "Opo, boss."

"Prepare the car, I will go to Lance's house."

"Opo, boss."

Lucien Servano is my ultimate enemy. He's a middle-aged man who did nothing but interrupt in every dealing that I do. He wants me to join his clan but I refused him. That's also the reason why he got mad and just decided to go against me. He's a popular Mafia Boss and the richest among all of us. He has been known as the boss of all the bosses but I don't really care about that.

I will kill him with my own hands and I will show it to everyone.

But for now, I want to take Sophie back first.

I went inside my car and started the engine. I will never stop chasing her. If she thinks that I will just let her be with Lance, then she's wrong. She's still my wife.

"Where's Sophie?" I asked the guards at Lance's mansion.

"Hindi pa po siya umuuwi, Sir. Nasa university pa po siya."

I squinted at my watch. "She's supposed to be here already."

And speaking of my wife, Lance finally arrived. I waited for him to step out of his car.

"What are you doing here, V?" He asked

"I will get my wife back."

His brows are wrinkled. "V, napag-usapan na natin 'to. Sinabi ko sa'yong bigyan mo na muna siya ng time para makapag-isip."

"She is my wife, Lance. Sophie is my wife so she needs to go with me. I need to see her right now, where is she?" I said while trying to find Sophie.

"Hindi siya makikipag-usap sa'yo."

"She will talk to me." I said then I walked towards his car and forced his car door open. There I saw Sophie sitting. She got surprised upon seeing me.

I grabbed her hand and pulled her out of the car. "Sophie."

"Anong ginagawa mo rito? Bitiwan mo ako!" She yelled.

"V, let go of her!"

"You will go with me, Sophie."

She kept on pushing me away. "Hindi ako sasama sa'yo! Ayaw kong sumama sa'yo!"

"I don't fucking care! You will go with me because I am your husband!"

"V! You shouldn't force her to go with you!"

"Shut up!"

I was about to finally throw Sophie inside my car but then she started crying. " Ayaw kong sumama sa'yo, please, huwag mong gawin sa akin 'to. Lance, please huwag mo siyang hayaan!"

I let go of her hand and looked at her confusingly. "Are you that mad at me? Look, Sophie, that thing that you saw in that garden, that is not what you think it is. That was just---

"Manahimik ka! Hindi mo na kailangan pang magpaliwanag, Vincent. Alam ko na ang lahat. Alam kong una palang mahal mo Monica at ginagamit mo lang ako para makalimutan siya! Napakatanga ko para bigyan ng meaning ang lahat ng ginagawa mo!"

"Sophie---

Tears were still running down her face. "Please, ayaw ko nang makita pa ang mukha mo, Vincent. Pakiusap, lumayo ka na muna sa akin. Ayaw muna kitang makita, ayaw kong marinig ang boses mo o maalala ang lahat ng ginawa mo sa akin. Doon ka na lamang kay Monica, okay? Hindi na kita pakikielaman."

"Sophie, listen to me first!"

"Hindi mo na kailangan pang magpaliwanag pa. Ayaw ko nang makarinig pa ng kasinungalingan.Pinakakawalan na kita, Vincent. Pwede mo nang gawin ang lahat ng gusto mo. Pwede ka nang sumama kay Monica at maging masaya."
