"Good morning" my mother said brightly as i walk in. "Good morning mom, did the kids behave?" i said. She smiles laughing without a sound, her shoulders shaking. "Yes they were out right when i tucked them in. They practically passed out" my mother said, amused. For some reason she's in a surprising good mood, the brightest I've seen yet. But only one time and only for a short period was when she first saw me in forever. I can remember he face perfectly. Peeta comes in with his hands clenched. His face looks slightly pale, it makes me stiff. "Peeta are you okay?" i ask, my voice shakes unexpectedly. "Just a headache Katniss" he said. He walks towards the kitchens cabinets, he takes out a tea cup.
Peeta sits down on the high chair placing his finished steaming tea on the island. I sit beside him, my mother behind shifts. I look back at the corner of my eye, she leaves heading towards the children's room. Oh just a great timing, waking them up now. He takes my hand that is empty facing up. His hand shocks me, i flinch. It's super cold. "My god Peeta! Your hand is cold!" i hiss. "Sorry" he said frowning the slightest bit. "It's okay-- i think you should see a doctor" i said worriedly. "No I'm fine i promise it's just a headache" he said. "Yea but your hand is cold, your pale" i said. "No it's fine" he said. He takes a huge gulp from his tea. He closes his eyes and expectantly falls back. I let out an alarming shriek.
