(Y/N)'s eyes moved left to right as her eyes scanned the contents of a magazine. The dialogue from Friends played softly in the background along with the clatter of dishes being put away by her husband, Stiles. Her feet were elevated on the footstool, and she felt comfortable for once in her sweatpants and fuzzy socks. Suddenly, a high-pitched cry sounded from the baby's bedroom. Stiles groaned from the kitchen.
"Ugh. She probably took a crap." (Y/N) moaned out, cringing.
"Probably. Be right back." Stiles walked back to his daughter's room, and moments later let out a yell.
"Oh-ho, wow, okay, that smells gross," He exclaimed, coming out of the room and standing in the hallway, leaning on the wall facing his wife. "Can you get this one?" He pleaded. (Y/N)'s eyes grew wide and she frowned, exasperated.
"Uh, no! Tuesdays are your diaper days." She yelled over the cries of her baby.
"Pleeease, babe! She dropped a major stink bomb. I might hurl."
"That sucks for you, Stiles! Not me. You wanted Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays, you got 'em. Sorry, babe."
Stiles let out a mix of a groan and a cry as he threw his head back and trudged back into the pink bedroom. (Y/N) smirked victoriously when she heard Stiles cooing to their baby girl.
"Hey, sweetie, shh, shh, it's okay! We're gonna change your diaper and you'll be good as new." He talked to the 7 month old.
(Y/N) laughed as Stiles let out both groans of disgust and comforting words. Five minutes later, Stiles came out of the bedroom holding their baby, and let out a breath.
"God, that was awful," He complained, lightly bouncing the little girl. "You're just a little stinker, yes you are!" He cooed.
"That wasn't so bad, was it?" (Y/N) joked, cocking her head as she closed her magazine and tossed it on the side table. She stood up and walked over to her husband and child, tickling her baby's stomach.
"Oh, it was torture." Stiles replied. "You are so lucky I love you both."
(Y/N) giggled as Stiles leaned over the baby to kiss her head, and kissed his daughter's head as well. His eyes sparkled with happiness and love as he looked at his happy family, and he couldn't help but think how lucky he was to be the happiest man in the world.
