Han kicked his feet up and rested into the seat. His eyes watched you as you made your way out of the cantina.
The previous conversation you both shared was quite the opposite of how you imagined the night to go. Han had finally told you of his suspicions about your feelings for Luke.
And though you tried to tell him the truth, he wouldn't hear it. Which lead to you storming out, as anger boiled inside of you.
Luke was only a few feet away, able to hear the whole thing. And once you were out of sight, he joined Han at the table.
He plopped down, and glared at the shaggy hairs fellow before him.
"What do you want, kid?" Han muttered. "Haven't you done enough? Leave me alone."
Luke pursed his lips as he shook his head. "Are you that naive? Do you honestly believe that Y/N has feelings for me?" He muttered.
Han shrugged his shoulders in annoyance. "If the shoe fits. Now stop being cocky and leave me alone! I don't-"
"Han! Y/N is in love with you." He groaned.
Solo sat up in his seat, taking an interest in Luke's statement. "What do you mean? Did she tell you?"
Luke shook his head and let out a huff. "She never shuts up about you. She is even jealous of your relationship with Leia." He lightly chuckled.
Han furrowed his brows and leaned on his arms. "Leia? What for? That too-good-princess and I are nothing more than just acquaintances."
"Just how you believed she and I shared feelings, though we were nothing more." Luke stated. "Don't be stupid. She wants you."
Han swallowed hard, as he contemplated his words. He couldn't believe that he had just brushed you off, letting jealousy take over his judgement.
He propped up to his feet without a single word, and made his way out of the Cantina.
You were outside, staring out into the horizon. Emotions overwhelming you as you tried to keep from crying. The slight breeze felt good against your skin, it helped you ease away from the anger.
Until the sound of someone clearing their throat, caught your attention. You slowly turned your gaze. As your eyes met his, you felt your lips curve and your stomach flutter. But then the thought of your last conversation rained your mind and immediately you felt your face drop.
"What do you want, Solo?" You groaned, crossing your arms over your chest.
He started to step toward you, making your heart beat with every step. "I'm an idiot." He muttered.
You were taken aback and your brow lifted from his statement. "W-what?" You hesitated.
Han was now only inches away from you, his eyes lingering as he felt his palms begin to sweat. He was nervous. This was something he never did, and honestly he wasn't sure if he had the courage to proceed, but as he noticed the small twitch from your lip, he felt at ease.
"I love you." He whispered.
Before you had time to react, he crashed his lips to yours. Cupping his hands to your cheeks.
