Highschool AU
You stepped into your new high school.
"This is it." You thought. You walked into the school and headed to your locker where Principal Ava had showed you before. You opened your locker and took some books.
"Hi! You must be Y/N." You turned around and saw a girl with curly hair standing behind you. You nodded and she said, "My name is Teresa, I'll show you around the school." You nodded and followed her.
"That's Thomas, he is a curious baby, he always asked about things that he doesn't understand." Teresa said while pointing at a boy who was talking to an Asian.
"And that's Minho, he's the best runner in our school." She pointed at the Asian. You nodded, trying to remember everyone's name. Suddenly, you bumped into someone and fall to the ground. You looked up and saw the boy you bumped into was frowning at you.
"Look where you're going." he said, he had a different accent. Teresa helped you up and you quickly apologized to the boy. "I'm sorry." The boy rolled his eyes and walked away.
"You alright?" Teresa asked and you nodded. "That was Newt, he's always in a bad mood, ignore him. He's the baddest boy in our school." You looked at that boy and shrugged. Teresa then walked to her class, she waved at you and you waved back. You sat in the corner of the class, looking out the window. You heard someone cleared her throat and you looked beside you and saw a girl with short hair.
"Girl, you DON"T want to sit beside the bad boy." She said while you raised your eyebrow. "Newt always sit beside your place, unless you want to mess with him, I suggest you chose another place to sit." She said. You looked around the class but all the places had already taken by the other students. The girl noticed too and she sighed. "Well, looks like you have to sit beside him. By the way, the name's Brenda, tell me if he bullies you." Brenda said before going back to her seat. You turned your head and continued looking out the window, daydreaming.
You looked beside you when you heard someone sat down beside you. It was Newt. He didn't looked at you to give you a 'good morning', or even a glance. He just sat at his place, quietly. You actually felt scared because Teresa and Brenda had warned you about him but you decided to talk to him.
"Um, hi." You said. He turned his head and looked at you, I mean, frowned at you. "What?" He said. You swallowed your saliva and shook your head. "Nothing, just wanted to say hi." He shrugged and looked away but you thought you saw him smiled before turning his head away.
You looked beside you when you heard someone sat down beside you. It was Newt. He didn't looked at you to give you a 'good morning', or even a glance. He just sat at his place, quietly. You actually felt scared because Teresa and Brenda had warned you about him but you decided to talk to him.
"Um, hi." You said. He turned his head and looked at you, I mean, frowned at you. "What?" He said. You swallowed your saliva and shook your head. "Nothing, just wanted to say hi." He shrugged and looked away but you thought you saw him smiled before turning his head away.
You didn't talk with him later because you are focusing on your studies during the class, determined to score straight A's. You glanced at Newt and to your surprise, he was paying a lot of attention to the class too. 'I thought bad boys never pay attention in class.' You thought. You smiled and shrugged, 'maybe he's different.'
You have art class after that, you went to your locker to get the paint brushes. You panicked when you can't find your paintbrushes. You sighed and went to your class without your paint brushes. You sat down and waited for your teacher to enter the class. "Who are you?" You turned around and saw a girl with a lot of makeup on her face standing beside you. She rolled her eyes and said, "You are sitting on MY place. Now-" When she was about to tell you to go away, someone patted her shoulder.
"What do you..."She turned around with an unhappy face. She saw the people who was standing behind her "Nothing.." she forced a smile before she went away. After she went away, you saw the boy who helped you, it was Newt. "Thanks.." You said. He glanced at you and handed you a paintbrush, he went away and sat at the other place. That was when the teacher enter the class and began teaching.
After another class with Ms Crawford, you went to the cafeteria and had your lunch. You took your food tray and looked around the cafeteria. You smiled when you saw Teresa and Brenda waving at you. You joined them at their table. "Hi, y/n, I'm Thomas." You smiled at him and said, "I know." Thomas smirked and asked, "How's your day? I heard Teresa said you bumped into the handsome bad boy." You choked when you heard Thomas said "handsome bad boy" "Yea, he frowned and rolled his eyes at me."You replied.
"Did he do anything when you sat beside him?" Brenda asked. "What? You sat beside him?" Thomas said, his eyes widened. You ate your food and said, "Yes, I sat beside him. But don't worry, he didn't did anything bad to me." The others sighed in relieve when they heard that. "Thank god he didn't bully you." Minho said. "What.." "Thank god he didn't touch you." Thomas said. "What?" "Thank god he didn't rape you." Brenda said. "What!?" "Thank god he didn't kill you.." Teresa whispered. "WHAT?!" You covered your mouth after shouting 'what'.
"Is he really going to do those things?" You asked, a little worried now, but at the same time, you don't believe that Newt would do such things. You frowned and continued eating. "Wow, you're really calm. Most of the girls will freak out after we told them what Newt usually does." Thomas said. You shrugged and put your food tray aside. "I don't know, it's not even logic for him to do that. Have you guys seen him do those things with your own eyes?" You said and the other slowly shook their heads. The bell rang and you quickly walked back to the next class after saying goodbye to them.
You stepped into your class and sighed when you saw Newt was in your class again. You shook your head and sat down beside a girl. The girl turned around and smiled at you. "Hi, never seen you before." She said. You smiled and said, "I am new here." The girl nodded. "Exchange student, I see. Let me tell you something about that boy." She said while pointing at Newt.
"He's a very handsome bad boy." She sighed and whispered, "Actually, a lot of girls had a big crush on him, including me. Maybe that's because he's a bad boy. But the thing is, he never talked to anyone." You nodded and glanced at him, he was looking at his books. "Well, we really want to sit beside him but, we are scared. Rumors said that he killed his girlfriend and his friends, so we don't want to get too close to him." She paused. "You are a very brave girl to sit beside him." She said while you blushed.
"That's because the other seats were taken by the others.." You replied. The girl nodded and said, "I think someone jealous..." She pointed at the other girl who had a lot of makeup on her face. "Her name's Fray" You nodded as you saw Fray glaring at you. You hoped nothing bad will happen to you.

After an exhausting day in the school, you went into a coffee shop to drink a cup of coffee. After that, you took your bag and went home. You looked around as you were on your way home. You stopped walking as you see Newt pushed a boy, making the boy fall to the ground. You frowned and shook your head. 'That's what bad boy does' You sighed and ignored him.
"How's school today?" Your mom asked when you reached home. You shrugged and said, "Good I guess." Your mom nodded and asked, "Do you made any friends?" "Yes, they are Teresa, Brenda, Thomas and Minho. There's a girl who talked with me but I don't know her name." You replied while putting away your bag. You took out your files and saw a paintbrush. 'Crap, I forgot to return this back to Newt.' You thought.
You remembered the boy who was bullied by him, and you looked at the paintbrush he lend you. Is he really a bad boy or he is a good boy, you are so confused now. Still, you don't think he will kill his girlfriend, that was probably made up by the others.
You went into your room and started to study for tomorrow. You hit your head on your table when your head is full of Newt. 'Y/N, stop thinking about Newt, you have more important stuff to do' You thought to yourself. But then you still thought about him. "Argh!!!" You scratched your head and laid on your bed, decided not to study right now. You closed your eyes to take a rest and the next thing you know is, you're running late for school.
"Oh my grievers, I am so shucked.." You quickly ran to your school which was not far away from your house, avoiding the other people who was slowly walking to their destination. You reached your school and quickly took your books from your locker and ran to your first class. During a sharp turn, you knocked into someone, again. You looked at the person you knocked down, it's Fray.
"Ergh, now I am late for my class! You! I will deal with you later!" She pointed at you and then she stormed away. 'I am so doomed!' you thought as you stood up and ran to your classroom. You knocked on the door and saw your teacher was already teaching. You walked into the class and bowed at your teacher.
"I am sorry Ms Crawford, I am late." Ms Crawford sighed and told you to sit on a place. You looked around the class and saw an empty seat, but, who was sitting beside the empty seat? Newt.
You sighed mentally and walked towards the seat. Ms Crawford nodded and started our lesson. You quickly took out your books and a note book. You sighed because you didn't got the notes that Ms Crawford gave the other students before you went into the class. Your eyes widened when a piece of note appeared in front of you.
You turned and saw Newt passing you another note. "Thanks." You said as you quickly copied his notes. You were shocked because his notes were written nicely and was very easy to understand. After you finished copying the notes, you gave Newt his paintbrush. He took his paintbrush without saying a word. You didn't know why but you smiled. You thought about him, he helped you when you needed some help. But he often bullies the other students. You sighed and frowned.
Is he a bad boy? Or a good boy?
It was lunch time and you sat with Teresa. "I saw Newt bullying an innocent boy!" Brenda whisper shouted. Thomas nodded and said, "I know, I saw it too!" Minho sighed and ate his lunch. "Minho, what's with the sigh?" Teresa asked. Minho shook his head and frowned. "I just, I don't know. He used to be a sweet friend, we used to be best friends." You saw Thomas bit his lips, he looked down his food and played with the beans.
"I know." Teresa sighed. "We all used to be best friends with him." You nodded and looked at them, speechless. "Tell me about his story." Brenda said, "I didn't study in the Glade." Thomas nodded and said. "Well, when we studied in our primary school, The Glade. He was a very nice friend. He never bullied anyone, he was the glue that stick everyone together. When someone felt depressed, he was always there for them. He always helped us when we were having problems in our homework."
Teresa smiled, "I remember he used to help me with my homework. That was the best week ever, I don't have to do my homework because he did it for me." Minho continued. "Back in the Glade, Gally was the one who bullied us. (I know some of you love Gally but.. let's just say, he's a bad guy in this series.) I don't know, I think Newt switched his personality with Gally. Gally hasn't been a bad guy since we came to high school, in fact, he became very good and a lot of girls seemed to have interest on him." You nodded and put away your food tray.
"Guys I am going to take my books for the next class, see you around." You waved at them and headed to your locker. You took out your books and headed to your class. "Well, well, well. Look who's here?" You turned your head and saw Fray smiling evilly at you. You frowned and bit your lips. Another girl walked beside Fray, she grab your arms and tightened them. "Hey!" You exclaimed but Fray slapped you and said, "Shut up."
The girls then dragged you to the Janitor's closet. They shut the doors and stood in front of you. Fray crossed her arms and said, "You are a very bad girl to sit on my place. And a brave girl because you bumped into me and then I am late for the class. Do you know how embarrassing it is?" She paused and glared at you. "And another thing. STAY.AWAY.FROM.NEWT." She glanced at the other girl (Let's just say that's her sidekick), her sidekick hit you on your stomach, making you groan in pain.
"That, was for sitting on my place." When she was about to kick you, the door of Janitor's closet opened, making the girls jumped. "Get out of here before I tell Principal Ava about this." You opened your eyes and saw Teresa, Brenda and the boys standing at the door, glaring at Fray and her sidekick like they were going to kill them. Fray frowned and quickly ran away with her sidekick.
"Oh my gosh, y/n, are you okay?" Teresa ran towards you and helped you to stood up. You placed your hands on your stomach and Teresa frowned. "If anything happens to you, I swear I am going to kill the girls." Brenda said harshly while taking a first aid kit out. You sighed and sat on the floor, letting Brenda helped you with your wounds.
"H..How do you know I am being dragged to here?" You asked them. "I received a mysterious paper that says we need to go to the janitor's closet immediately." Thomas replied while Minho nodded. "At first we thought it was something to do with us, probably some kid who wants to mess with us. But when Brenda came and said there's a note in her locker that told her to bring her first aid kit to the Janitor's Closet, we all knew that something bad must've happened. So we ran all the way to here. We heard your conversation and Teresa break in." Minho then explained everything to you.
You nodded but frowned and asked, "Who wrote that message to you?" They shrugged and said, "No idea." You sighed, you really want to know who saved you from the monsters. You thought for a while and suddenly asked. "Can I see the notes?" Thomas shook his head and said, "We didn't bring it." You sighed and face palmed.
"There, it's done." Brenda said and you looked up at her. "Thanks." Then all of you went back to take a look at the note. "Where is it?" Thomas frowned because he cannot find the note. "I can't find mine either." Brenda sighed. "Wow, A mysterious savior.." Teresa whispered and you rolled your eyes but you stopped when you saw a boy with two piece of paper. You quickly looked at the boy and your eyes widened. 'It was him, Newt..' He glanced at you before walking away.
"Y/n, Y/n??" Minho snapped you back to reality. "Yea?" You asked. "Who are looking at?" He asked. You shook your head and smiled. "Nothing."
"I feel weird..." You whispered to your best friend Harriet in PE. "Really? What kind of feeling?" She asked. You hugged yourself and frowned. "Like someone is staring at me..." Harriet shivered and said. "I know that feeling..." You looked at her and she whispered, "Gally has his eyes on you..." Then it's your turn to shiver. "Ar... are you sure?" You asked her. "One hundred percent sure." She said. "Hello, Harriet, Y/N." You turned and put on a fake smile. "Hi Gally." He smirked, which made you mentally shudder. "How's life in this high school?" You smiled (fake smiled) and said, "Everything is fine." He nodded and went away.
After PE, you went to change your shirt. "You know, you should not trust Gally." Harriet said. You nodded as you left. The other girls hadn't finish changing yet, so you walked towards your locker alone. The whole corridor was silent and nobody was around. 'Okay, this is creepy...' You stopped when you heard some noises from the next corridor. It was someone talking about "another target". You frowned when you realized that it was Gally's voice. Silently, you headed his direction and hid behind a locker.
'Is that... Newt?' You covered your mouth, not wanting to make any sound. Gally was smiling wickedly at Newt. "My next target is Y/N. You know what to do..." he said, while he stepped closer to Newt, making him turned his head away. You mentally cursed at Gally. "Do your job later. You don't want your friends, Minho, Thomas, Teresa and Brenda to get hurt, right?" He smiled at Newt. Newt bit his lip and nodded. Gally pat his shoulder and said, "Good boy." And with that he was gone, leaving Newt standing at his spot. You were still confused, but decided talking to Newt was a bad idea, so you left quietly.

"Y/N, hello..?" Thomas waved at you, but you were still thinking about what had happened earlier in the corridor. "Can you hear me?" He continued, singing now because you still hadn't noticed him. Thomas sighed "HELLO FROM THE OUTSIDE!!" "Huh?! What?" You looked up in confusion and saw him frowning at you. "Were you talking to me?" You asked, while he face palmed in return. "Yes I was. We've been paired up as Science partners." He said. You just nodded. He narrowed his eyes, clearly curious, but soon gave up talking to you. You glanced at Newt and was surprised when you saw him staring back. He turned his gaze away when you looked at him. You shrugged to yourself and continued doodling on your books.
Thomas asked if you want to go to his house to discuss the Science project. "So, are you coming?" You nodded and he smiled. "Okay, Teresa will bring snacks for us." Smiling, you went out and headed to your locker. Science was your final period and you saw that after you'd got out of your classroom, the majority of students had already went home. You decided to go to the library to look for some information about the project. After spending half an hour in the library your watch said that you had one hour before you needed to be at Thomas' house. You put the books back and went out.
You left the library and returned to your school with the intention of putting your things in your locker, only to find the room locked. Sighing, you went to leave the school building. All of a sudden you felt yourself being pulled away by someone. The mystery person covered your eyes and your mouth and dragged you to janitor's closet (Not again, *sigh*)
When they let you go you looked at them, shocked. "Newt?" He looked at you coldly, like you were his worst enemy. "What are you doing?" You asked. You didn't understand why he would drag you into the janitor's closet. He didn't reply, pushing you roughly against the wall instead. You saw him smile, not in a friendly way. "You don't know what I'm doing?" You were terrified. You wanted to push him away and run. But you couldn't move. Both of you stuck staring at each other.
Slowly, he walked towards you. You were so close together that you could hear his breath, feel his heartbeat. You felt him staring at your neck. "Newt... don't.." You whispered. A tear began to roll down your cheek. You couldn't believe the boy who saved you from Fray was actually going to rape you. But when you looked up into his eyes you saw something different. Guilt was clearly there, and you could tell he was trying his best to pretend that he didn't care about you. Suddenly the conversation you overheard between him and Gally popped into your head.
You looked at him and whispered, "Is this something to do with Gally?" He looked back at you with wide eyes. Biting his lip, he began to say something, but was interrupted by Gally breaking into the closet. "Y/N!" He exclaimed, and began to walk towards you. "Are you alright?" He asked, then without waiting for a reply turned around to face Newt, who was now grinning evilly at Gally. Gally punched him in the face, making you jump. "You shouldn't even think about touching her." Then he kicked him in the stomach. You quickly stopped him when he was about to hit Newt again. "Gally! That's enough!" You said, well, more like shouted. Gally glared at Newt and looked at you.
"Come on, I'll take you to the nurse to check you're okay." He said, but you shook your head. "No, thanks, I still have to go to Thomas' house." Gally nodded and you walked with him to his car. "You sure you don't want a ride?" He asked. You shook your head and said, "No thanks." He nodded and smiled at you, "Alright... If anything goes wrong, I am always here for you." You nodded and smiled at him. You watched as he drove his car away.
As soon as he was out of sight, you rushed to the nurse and asked for some bandages, stitches and stuff you thought you might need. The nurse looked at you weirdly, but still handed you the first aid kit you needed. After that you ran to the janitor's closet to find Newt sitting on the floor.
"Newt," You said as you walked towards him and sat down beside him. He looked at you, looking surprised but mostly relieved. You didn't know why he would be relieved, but you didn't care. You applied some medicinal liquid to the bruises. He stared at you whilst you were cleaning some of his wounds. "Why do you come back, slinthead?" He asked you. "I know you didn't mean it." You said after finishing your job. He looked at you and sighed.
"Tell me what's going on. Please." You said and he shook his head. "I can't tell you." You frowned at him and took his hand. "Look, there's no one around. Just tell me. Gally left in his car. I heard your conversation with him today." He looked at you and he leaned back on the wall.
"Will you believe me?" He laughed slightly. "No one ever believes a bad boy like me." You shook your head. "I'll believe you. I know you're not really bad." Then he stared at you for what felt like forever before he started talking.
"It was Gally. He threatened me to do this to you."
You frowned and tilted your head. "What?" Newt narrowed his eyes and said. "It all started when Gally told me to meet him at the car park on the second day we study in our high school. I went to the car park as I was told and then, Gally appeared. He said that he wants to get into girls' pants-" You put on a disgusted face "-,he wants me to bully those girls that he wants to shuck. When I am bullying the girls, he will come out and 'save' the girl and then punch me or whatever and make himself like a superhero or something. Then the girls will see him as their savior and will let him shuck them."
"You could say no to him." You said while he shook his head. "I told you he threatened me. He said if I didn't do I was told, he will harm Thomas, Minho, Teresa and Brenda. God knows what will he bloody do to my friends." He sighed and looked at the floor. You stood up and said, "We should tell them." Newt looked at you and shook his head.
"I can't, they won't believe me." He whispered. "What if Gally knows that I told them about this?" You frowned and pulled him up. "Just come with me, they will believe you." You saw him hesitated for a while. You groaned and pulled him out of the janitor's closet. "Ouch, hey!" He yelled as you grabbed his collar and yanked him towards the nurse.
"Thanks." You said politely and pulled Newt away, making your way to Thomas' house. The nurse looked at you, dumbfounded. "Y/N, seriously, I can walk with my own foot." He complained and you let him go. He stood up and sighed. "Are you sure this is a good idea?"
You nodded and said, "Yep, totally. Now if you don't want to be dragged to Thomas' house, you better walk, don't even think about running away." You warned him and kept walking. He sighed and followed you. You glanced at him, he was a completely different person without the cold stares, he seemed kind and gave the others a warm feeling.
"You should totally be yourself more often." You whispered to him and smiled. He looked at you and gave you a small smile. "See? That's a really nice smile." You said and turned your gaze back to the road. After a while, booth of you had reached Thomas' house. Newt stood behind you, he looked at you, giving a look that said 'I don't think I should go inside'.
"Too late." You said and you knocked on the door. He quickly hid beside the door when Thomas opened it. "Hey, you're here." He said and told you to get into his house. "Actually, I brought a friend." You said while grinning at Thomas. "Really?Who is it? I can't see your friend though." Thomas looked out from the door but he didn't saw Newt.
"You have to swear you will let him in no matter who he is and you need to believe everything he say." You said slyly while Thomas frowned. "Why?" You rolled your eyes and said, "Just do it." Thomas sighed and he swore he will let your friend into his house no matter who he is and he will believe everything he said. "Alright, you swore it." You smiled while Thomas sighed.
"Okay, come on." You looked at Newt. He bit his lips and slowly walked towards the door. "What? Newt? He is your friend? Y/N are you serious?" Thomas looked at Newt then he looked back at you. "You swore you will let my friend come inside." Thomas looked at Newt and he nodded. He move away and let you entered his house. You turned and saw Newt standing at the doorstep, still hesitating if he should enter the house or not.
"Thomas, will you help me by pulling Newt into your house?" You asked Thomas and he smiled. "Come in." He said to Newt, but he just stared at the ground. Thomas sighed and pulled him into his house and closed the door. "Finally." You said. "Alright, we should go to my study room right now, Teresa and the others are waiting for us." Thomas said and he glanced at Newt.
"Hey Y/N, there you are, what took-" Teresa stood in front of you but she stared at Newt. "Hi Y/N-" Brenda came out from the study room with Minho, they looked very shocked. "What are you doing here?" Teresa asked Newt, Newt looked at you, calling for help. "I invited him." You said and they stared at you.
"This is so awkward.." Thomas whispered, "Let's get some drinks from the kitchen." He said to Newt. Newt nodded and went to the kitchen with Thomas. "What are you thinking?" Brenda came to ask me, crossing her arms while waiting for me to answer. "He's a bad boy." Teresa said and shook her head. "No, he did those things because he was threatened by Gally." You said. "What?" Minho asked, "Who said that?"
You sighed, "He told me everything." Brenda sighed while Teresa shook her head and said, "And you actually believe him? Y/N what did he do to you?" "What? He didn't do anything, he just told me the truth." You replied, while Brenda looked at you in disbelief. "You really believe him? He can't be trusted, after what he -"
"Um, I... I think I still have something to do. I need to go now." You turned and saw Newt with some drinks in his hands. He placed the drinks on the table and quickly walked towards the door. When you saw his face your heart skipped a beat, he was hurt.
"Newt-" You tried to call him but he shook his head, "No, I'll just leave." You heard his voice crack. He opened the door and ran out. You bit your lip and said to the others, "I need to go." And with that, you ran out to find Newt.
You ran out of Thomas' house and you saw Newt running towards the forest. You frowned when you saw the way he ran, he had a limp. You followed Newt to the forest. You sprint into the forest and went into the deeper part of the woods, stopping when you found Newt.
"Newt?" You said and walked towards him. "Go away.." He whispered as he turned his head away. You stood beside him, not knowing what to say. A few moments later, he sighed and looked at you. He looked broken, and it made you feel awful.
"I'm sorry, I should've listen to you from the beginning." You said and kicked the stone on the ground. Newt leaned on a tree and sighed. "No, it's not your fault. I should've told them about this when they still would've believe me." He looked into your eyes and gave you a little smile. "Thanks for believing me." You nodded and suddenly noticed you were blushing.
'why am I blushing?' you thought. "Um, are you okay?your face seems red, do you have a fever?" Newt asked as he placed his hand on your forehead. Now you're blushing even more. "I'm fine, I'm just tired from chasing you." He looked worried, but shrugged and said. "Alright then, I think we should go, it's getting dark." You nodded and walked back home with Newt.
"Y/N," Newt said while both of you was on your way to your place. "Hmm?" You turned your head to face him. "Thank you." You raised an eyebrow and asked, "Why?" "For believing me, and for coming after me when I ran away." He said, making you smile. "That's the second time you've said thank you to me." Newt furrowed his eyebrows and asked, "Really? Oh, yes, that's the second time." You laughed at him while he smiled at himself.
You suddenly noticed his limp again and poked him. "Yes?" He said. "Um, how did you get that?" You said, pointing at his limp. You felt him tense up and realized that you probably shouldn't talk about that. "Oh, I'm sorry, I take it back it doesn't matter." You apologized while Newt stared at his leg. He shook his head and turned to you. "It's fine." You nodded and he didn't answer your question. Both of you walked in silence until you reached your place.
"Thanks for walking with me." You said to Newt then waved goodbye to him. He smiled and went away. You watched as he disappeared from your sight and you opened your door.
"Hey Y/N." Your mom greeted you, you just nodded in reply. "Brenda came to visit you, she's in your room now." Your mom said while your jaw dropped. "Wha.. okay.. bye mom..?" You were surprised to hear that Brenda came to visit you.
"Hi Brenda." You said when you opened the door of your room. Brenda came up to you and said, "I saw you walking with that shank." You frowned at her tone. "Yes I did." Brenda looked shocked. "You actually walked home with him? Explain." You groaned and said. "You won't believe me."Brenda sighed and shook her head. "You really believe him? Didn't we warn you about-"
"Him raping the others? I told you he was threatened by Gally. It was all Gally. He told Newt to rape them so he can 'save' the girls and then let the girls think he was their savior and they will let him shuck them, you got me now?" Brenda was about to say something but you kept talking.
"I believe him because I heard their conversation. That day, Harriet said Gally had his eyes on me and when I went to my locker, I heard Gally saying something about target, I listened to their conversation and I heard Gally forcing Newt to do some things. He said something about 'You don't want your friends Brenda, Thomas, Minho and Teresa get hurt, right?' I didn't know what was going on that time. But later, when every student in the school had went back home, Newt dragged me to janitor's closet and he wants to rape me. I thought about their conversation and I asked him if it was something to do with Gally. He looked shocked and was about to say something but Gally came to the closet and punched Newt and kicked him. I stopped Gally and he asked if I want to go to his house for a while, but I said no, Gally shrugged and went away. I knew there was something wrong with Gally so I decided not to go with him, I went back to Newt and helped him with his wounds. He explained everything to me and we went to Thomas' house." You saw Brenda sighed and she said.
"I don't know Y/n, I don't know." You groaned.
"Remember the day when I was bullied by Fray? Do you know who was the 'mysterious person' who saved me? It was him, Newt. He was the only one that knows all your locker number and he placed the note in your locker. It was him, I saw him with the notes, he looked at me before going away." Brenda thought for a while.
"Okay, okay let's just say I trust you but, if he does anything bad to you, tell me." You nodded and she walked towards your door. "And another thing, I think you like him." She smiled before she went out. You blushed and yelled.
"I do not!"

"Hey Y/N." Gally approached to you when you was taking out your pen from your locker. You rolled your eyes mentally and faced Gally.
"Yes?" You asked as you shut your locker.
Gally smirked and said, "Do you want to come to my house after school? Maybe we can have some fun?"
"Um, no. I still need to discuss the project with Thomas." You said and was about to head to your class but Gally grabbed your wrist, making you turn your head and frown at him.
"The project can wait. You owe me so now you have to repay me by coming to my place." He said while you shook your head.
"I'm sorry but I really can't." You said and walked to your class, you felt Gally stared at you but you ignored him. You entered your classroom and saw an empty seat next to Newt. You smiled and sat down beside him.
"Hello?" You said and he tensed up but he relaxed when he saw it was you.
"You scared me." He said and frowned. You giggled and said.
"Did I?" He sighed and smiled at you.
"It's just been a long time since someone actually sit beside me and talk to me." You nodded.
"Gally came to talk to me just now. He wants me to go to his place." You said and Newt looked terrified.
"You can't go to his place, did you say yes? No you can't, I can't believe he actually 'invites' you to his place. You have to say no, there's no way I am going to let you go to that shanks house. No-"
"Newt, I said no to him." You cut him off and he looked relieved.
"Oh thank god.." He said. "He will shuck you if you go to his house."
"I know, do you think I am stupid enough to go to his house?" You said and took out your books. Newt smiled at you and he continued reading his books. You glanced at Fray and saw her glaring at you. 'This is definitely not good.'you thought.
After your class ends, you went to have your lunch with Teresa. You sat down beside her and ate your lunch.
"Y/N, about the project...." Thomas said and you looked at him.
"Are you free today? I'll go to your house to do it." You said while Thomas nodded. You ate in silence, the whole table was quiet. Then, Teresa poked you and said,
"Although I don't believe Newt, but, I will try because you believe him." You looked at her and then Brenda, who gave you a wink.
"Let's just say we trust him." Minho said while Thomas nodded. You looked at your friends and smiled.
"Good. Now we just need to prove to everyone." You said while Teresa tilted her head.
"How?" They looked at you and you took a deep breath.
"I am going to Gally's house."
