The Dark Hour

Astrid seems a bit confused when we were talking about where we would go if Trump got elected. Soon we all just stopped talking soon I heard light snoring I looked around and Skyla and Ridge are still awake but I didn't see Lalna.

"Is Lalna sleeping?" I asked looking at them. Ridge nodded.

"Yeah, he fell asleep five minutes ago."

"Is he snoring?" Ridge shrugged.

"I guess, I don't know if he snores." Skyla looked at him.

"I thought you would have at least have spent the night at each other's house."

"No Skyla, even if you think we are we still are not technically dating cause I haven't asked him." She rolled her eyes.

"Yeah right." I listened around and looked down at Astrid and saw that she was sleeping.

"Nevermind found out who it was." I said getting up.

"OK, well I'm going to go home. My dad might be wondering where I am," Skyla yawned.

"Night. It's 1:51 in the morning so yeah we should probably get to bed I have work in the morning." Ridge nodded then woke up Lalna.

"What?" He asked tiredly.

"Come on, we got to go," Ridge said gently. Lalna whined then got up.

"Ok." They got up and Skyla smiled at me.

"Night Axel, and just call if you need something. You have my number."

"I know night Sky. I'll probably take her out shopping tomorrow so she has her own clothes thanks for the rescue tonight though." She nodded then yawned.

"No problem, night." Ridge and Lalna left and Skyla followed after them and she kicked my door shut. I sighed and rubbed the back of my head. Okay so I'm going to pick you up and hopefully you don't hurt me or something. I picked her up and got halfway to her room when I got punched in the face and then I was on the ground holding my bloody nose. Astrid was standing there.

"Motherfucker." I growled. Astrid's eyes went wide and she got down to me.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry I didn't mean to hurt you it just happens sometimes."

"It's fine it's just a bloody nose and nothing is broken so I'm fine." I said standing up. "Your room is right there I'm going to look at my nose." I said again walking to the bathroom.

I was off work and I was taking Astrid out but I didn't know what girls normally wear but clothes. I sighed and Astrid looked at me.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah so I only have one hundred dollars and you can pick anything out." She nodded and looked out the window. I got us to the mall and we got out of the car.

"Okay so if I were you I would stay close."

"Why?"

"Cause I know people."

We got into the mall and we went almost into every store, but we mainly bought her clothes at Forever 21 she must really like her dresses. We stopped for a break till I heard a familiar voice. I looked up and saw Sky.

"Hey fancy seeing you here."

"Hey Axel, what's up?" She smiled.

"Nothing really just taking Astrid out, she really loves dresses and my feet are killing me." She nodded.

"Ok, well I'm going to redye my hair. I was thinking purple tips instead of blue, or maybe a mix of both."

"Go teal, I need to redye mine my roots are coming back. I have question, do you think that white is Astrid's real hair color? I mean I don't see her roots growing back if she does dye her hair." She shrugged.

"I don't know, I might get all three colors. Or maybe just teal and purple. I'll think about it."

"Hey Skyla I didn't know you were here." Astrid said walking out of Bath & Body Works.

"Yeah I'm getting my hair redyed."

"What color?"

"I'm thinking teal and purple with a mix of blue, but it's just for the tips." Astrid nodded.

"Okay I think that it would look good." Skyla smiled.

"I hope so." Astrid smiled.

"Okay well I think me and Astrid are done here and I hope you have fun with your dilemma Sky." She nodded.

"I'll get it figured out. See you guys later."

"Bye." Astrid and I said at the same time. I grabbed the bag and she carried like two. I got them in the back seat and I got Astrid in the car when I was pushed I turned around when I saw Tyler. I smiled.

"Well if it isn't my old buddy from High school."

"I'm not your buddy anymore Axel I know what the fuck you did."

"Oh my god you still can't get over that can you." I said laughing. "That was two years ago grow the fuck up."

"What the hell is going on?" I looked over and saw Astrid get out of the car.

"Astrid get back in the car please."

"Who's this?" Tyler said with a smile.

"Don't think about it Tyler." Tyler walked over to Astrid.

"What's your name?" He asked. He went to go touch her when she punched him in the face and kicked the back of his knee then elbowed him in the back of the neck.

"Don't you dare think about touching me, or trying to touch me."

"Let's get out of here." His other two friends grabbed Tyler and ran off.

"Where did you learn that."

"I know hand to hand combat I need to know to protect myself." I nodded and got in the car and just drove us home. I got Astrid to change into whatever clothes and shoes she got and I saw on the couch watching TV thinking about what happened in the Mall parking lot.
