"What are we doing here?" I asked getting out of the car and looked around the graveyard.

"Well you told me about Edward so I thought that I should tell you about my sister, and my mother."

"You had a sibling?"

"Yeah I have a sister. Come on." He grabbed my hand and we walked to two graves. "This is where my mom and sister are buried. She was nice and sweet she would of liked you. She's like you in ways." He sighed.

"What happened to her?"

"Our step dad was a drunk after my mother died of cancer. My sister was a year older than me and she was very protective. One night he took it too far and I did something that made our dad mad when he got home, and my sister took the blame for it. I didn't think that he was going to do it, but he grabbed a baseball bat out of the garage she hid me in her room before he came back. He...he beat her to death. When I got to call the cops it was too late. So since then I was in and out of foster homes. My dad got what he deserved and got a life time in jail. I go see him every once in awhile but not much since I hate him."

"Why are you telling me this?" I asked looking down at the grave.

"Cause you told me about Edward, I didn't have a lover that died, but I did have a family. I understand why you're training so hard. When I was going through training to be a cop. I did it so I could protect you, Skyla and everyone else. I know you want to protect the ones you love but you can't whenever you are pushing yourself. Look Astrid I love you and I don't' want you to push yourself like this you're going to wear yourself out to where you can't fight when you need to."

"I just feel so weak if I'm not strong enough t-then I can't protect you, Vincent, or anyone else I care about." I said wiping the tears.

"Astrid we will be right there with you. Hopefully helping I'm not going to let anything happen to you I promise." I sighed and nodded and he hugged me. "Everything will be okay, you graduate in a week and Ridge's Uncle's court is at the end of the month."

We finally got back home and everything seemed calm which is really weird for having two people butting heads over the same girl.

"Hey we're home!" I slightly yelled. Ty slid out of the kitchen then crashed into the couch before quickly getting up and walking over to me.

"Ok, you need to tell um Lalna I think. Yeah Lalna everything. He won't believe me."

"I was going to tell him I just don't know when a good time but since you already tried to talk to him I guess I'll clean up your damn mess. Where is he?"

"Outside, Seto wanted to stretch out his wings." I nodded and walked outside and saw Lalna.

"Okay Lalna we have to talk. You're half angel and half human, your dad is Michael which is a leader of some of the angel's army, your mom is the one that told me this. The seal that's on your back is what is sealing your wings away. I don't know anymore than that." Lalna rubbed his eyes then sighed.

"Ty already tried telling me that," He said softly.

"Okay then what do you not understand?"

"There is no way that I am that special."

"Well you are you can even ask your mom this is what she told me when she was talking to me about the war." Lalna shrugged.

"I don't feel like an angel or even half of one."

"I don't feel like I'm a demon it's just who you are, you don't feel it Lalna that's the thing. You might think you don't feel it but you don't always feel something that you are." He sighed and looked at the ground.

"So what does this mean? How does this make me any different than I was? You say I'm half angel but I'm still the same person, right?"

"Yes you wouldn't change, the only way that you would is if an angel takes off that seal, eve then the only thing that will change is the fact that you have wings. You're still the same person."

"Why didn't I know about this sooner?"

"I don't know, I didn't ask about that. Something about protecting you or something."

"From what?" He asked looking at me. "There was nothing here that was going to hurt me until those demons came along. I mean I was picked on at school anyways- I don't know." He looked back at the ground. I sighed and put my hands on my hip. He's kinda right if I wasn't stupid and didn't show up maybe none of this would of happened.

"I don't know what else to tell you Lalna you have to talk to your mom about this. I'm limited on information." Lalna stayed quiet and just stared at the ground. "I'm sorry, but I really don't have anymore answers."

"I heard you the first time," He said quietly. I sighed and walked back inside. I feel like this is all my fault. I sat down on the couch and just thought. What am I going to do?
