The Dark Hour

It's been a couple of weeks and Axel has gotten better, from the war. Which was good, I was worried that he wouldn't pull through but Ryan kept a close eye on him. I was doing much better, but I was dreading for this day to come. I talked to Axel and he was going to come live with me at my kingdom. I was standing in front of the portal, I didn't ask Ryan to come with me cause I knew he wouldn't leave Skyla. To be honest I didn't really tell anyone that I was leaving but for Michael. I didn't want to bother them with the water works and everything else.

"Thanks again for everything Michael."

"It wasn't a problem, just give a call if you need something." I nodded.

"I will," I was getting ready to step through the portal till I heard yelling. I turned and saw everyone. "What are you guys doing?"

"You were just going to leave without saying goodbye?" Skyla asked.

"Yes cause it was just going to make it that much harder on me to leave with Axel and Vincent. I'm sorry but I didn't want to bother you guys with it."

"Bother us? Astrid it would have hurt more if you just disappeared on us." Ryan walked over to me and flicked me in the nose.

"Have you learned nothing? You really are stupid." I growled.

"I'm sorry." I said looking at the ground. "I just felt like- I don't know what I was thinking."

"It's because you weren't thinking Astrid." Seto ran up to me and quickly hugged me. I sighed.

"I'll just be a call away. Here I'll give you guys these." I said handing everyone a small bag of candy. "Just eat one and it will send you to my place." Everyone seemed to nod a little bit. I was going to say something till Axel's phone went off, he walked away from the group. "I'm sorry that I'm leaving so soon."

"Can't you wait a little bit longer?" Seto begged. I shook my head.

"I'm afraid not, my kingdom needs a leader and I'm last of the blood line. There are other kings or queens out there that wants to take my kingdom. I need to take it back over before it's too late."

"Hey Ridge that was the lawyer he said that there was some problems so the date was pushed back."

"Till when?" He asked nervously.

"July 25th." Ridge looked at his phone then his face paled.

"That's tomorrow!"

"So soon?" I asked a little freaked out.

"Astrid you guys can't leave right now." I sighed and nodded.

"You're right, we won't leave till court is over. Looks like we are staying here for a while longer."

"Yes!" Seto cheered. Then he quickly cleared his throat and looked down. "I mean um..." I giggled.

"It's okay to be excited Seto, I'm starving you know what sounds good, pickles and peanut butter."

"Um I think we are in for a long ride with Astrid tonight." Axel said playfully.

"I like pickles," Seto said softly.

"But with peanut butter now that sounds good." I said with a smile.

"Astrid I read that you can't give in to your cravings you need to control them." Ryan said walking beside me. I rolled my eyes.

"I will eat whatever I want to eat, am I right or what?"

"Yeah," Skyla smiled.

"See Skyla agrees with me." I said laughing a bit.
