"Why are you asking me this?" Lucifer asked sitting on the bench. I sighed and shivered. I can't see how he can stand this cold.

"Cause Astrid was always asking about her mom so I thought that you would know her." He nodded.

"I do, her dad. The king wasn't quite happy, you see his wife couldn't have kids so he kinda ran off and had an affair with Bell. She didn't quiet have a good life. She was in and out of slavery, and she was in a gang on top of everything." I nodded. "She was nice other wise, she looks just like Astrid, same silver hair, same green eyes. If you put Astrid and Bell side by side and if Astrid's hair wasn't cut. They would look like twins."

"Wow I guess you can tell that they are related. Do you ever think that she will come back to Astrid?"

"I don't think so to be honest. I mean Bell sent her here to the castle to protect her from the gang. If Astrid would of grew up with her mother then Astrid would be in the gang and you wouldn't know her like you do now."

"So you're saying that if Bell didn't give up Astrid, we would never of met or anything like that?" Lucifer nodded.

"Yeah, she would probably be in that gang. I'm glad that Bell gave her up, but I'm sure it was hard on her. I mean Astrid was her only daughter." That sucks, giving up your own kid. I looked over at Lucifer and he looked like he was going to cry.

"Lucifer?" I asked softly.

"Sorry, I just kinda know what she went through, you see before Crystal I fell in love with someone. She was already married so we snuck around behind her husband's back. We were together for a few years before she got pregnant. I was the father, Castiel is my son.-" I stopped him before he went on.

"Wait you're saying that Cas and my girlfriend are cousins." Lucifer nodded.

"Yeah, Raava made me leave I owned the gang somethings but I also had ties to the gang. I was young and stupid I thought that I was being a rebel but I was only hurting the people that I love. I quieted the gang and became a Prince like I was suppose to. Anyways, Raava told me to leave and I haven't seen Cas till a couple of days ago. He's grown up so much." I nodded. I feel like I know Astrid's family much better but I'm not really sure. Her family is a little broken too. I hope Astrid can find what she is looking for to be honest.

I walked into our bedroom and looked at Astrid, she has been sleeping a lot. I mean she's gone through some stuff that I couldn't even imagine going through. I smiled and walked over to the bed I stopped when my phone started to vibrate. I quickly walked out and looked at who was calling.

"Ryan?"

"Oh hey Axel I was just calling to see how Astrid is doing?"

"She's fine, sleeping a lot but fine."

"Well the last few days were a little crazy."

"Yeah, do you think that she still wants to find her real mom?"

"I'm not sure maybe, why don't you ask."

"I'm not going to wake her up just to ask her a question."

"Well it's either you or Vincent cause she practices around this time. Plus she has to start getting ready for when she becomes Queen. It's only in a few days."

"Really? I knew she was talking about it but I didn't realize that it was that close."

"Yeah well I have some things to do talk to you later Axel." I sighed and hung up. He's the one that called me. I rolled my eyes and walked into the room again. I sat down and gently shook her. She stirred some then kicked me in the side. I quickly stood up and shook her again. She groaned and opened one eye.

"Is anyone dying?"

"I don't believe so."

"Then I'm going back to bed." I sighed and grabbed her arms and sat her up.

"You need to get up."

"No." She said letting her head go limp and putting all her body weight on her back. I kept a hold of her.

"Astrid you have things to do. You need to get ready for that thing in a couple of days." She groaned.

"I don't wanna."

"I don't care, it's something you have to do. Come on lazy butt get up!"

"Maybe I don't want to run a country." I looked down at her.

"What?" She sat up to where I could let go of her. I sat down beside her. "What made you think about this?"

"Everything, I mean I wouldn't be here if my real mother gave me up. Who knows what would've happened to me? Ever since I lived here I've dreamed about being a Queen. Now thinking about it, the life I had in the human world was much better. No one knew who I was or if I was a princess or not. Yeah I had to use a spell to keep my horns hidden but I was happy. Ever since I came back it's just me being a princess and I feel like I can't do anything. I'm not ready to run a country."

"So what are you saying?"

"I'm saying I want a life with you but in the Human world. I was much happier, I can't do this."

"What about the country?"

"I'll have Lucifer run it he knows more about it than me. I want to live with you in your world with no worries. I love you and I can't think of anything else."

"Are you going to talk to your uncle." She nodded.

"How long have you been thinking about this?"

"Since I got kidnapped, with Lalna. I love this country and everything but I just kinda want the life that we had before the war. I don't feel like I fit in anymore." I kissed the top of her head.

"To be honest I Kinda miss our house. I'm will stand behind you 100% on this Astrid."

"Thank you Axel."

"Anything for my girl." Astrid got up and got dressed. She pulled her hair up and she blushed and I just smiled at her.

"What? Why do you keep staring at me?"

"Cause I'm a lucky guy to have you." She face lit up like a christmas tree. I chuckled and she quickly left the room. "You forgot your shoes."

"Screw the shoes!" She yelled. I shook my head and watched the snow fall. It's too soon for snow for me. She's use to it but I'm not.
