The Dark Hour

I groaned and slowly sat up. The last thing I remember was Lalna and Allison running over to me. I looked around and ran down the stairs, I didn't care if I was hurting I need to know if Astrid was okay.

"Where is she!?" I asked frantically leaning against the wall so I wouldn't fall over.

"Woah, careful Axel," Ridge said quickly walking over to me. "You really shouldn't be up."

"I don't care right now! Where is Astrid? Is she okay? Please tell me that she's okay!"

"I don't know Axel, Allison isn't here and Ryan is with Astrid right now. Just wait until he's done checking up on her, then you can ask him." I shook my head this can't be happening. I couldn't stop them from hurting Ryan and then one came up from behind me. I sat down in the chair and waited like everyone else.

"Okay so Astrid is still stable for now, but I need Allison so she can take some of my blood and give it to Astrid since she lost a lot. Other than that she's doing okay. I still can't heal her, if I try I could fuck up and we would have to reopen her to do another surgery." Ryan said walking out of a room.

"What happened?"

"I'm not sure with what happened to her,-"

"Weren't you with her!?"

"N-No uh she went to go save you and I um went to get Ty." Ryan squeaked out. I sighed.

"I'm sorry I'm just really worried about her."

"We all are Axel," Ridge said gently. I sighed and the front door opened and Allison walked in.

"Hey Allison I need you to take some blood out of me." Ryan said quickly.

"Um what for?" She asked shutting the door.

"Well Astrid lost a lot of blood and demon blood is very different from human and me and Astrid have the same blood type. So I need you to take blood out of me to give to Astrid." She nodded.

"Ok, just give me a minute," She said walking up stairs.

"Okay." Ryan said disappearing into the room he came from. I stood up.

"I-I'm going to clear my head."

"Ok, just be careful," Ridge sighed. I just nodded and walked out of the house and headed towards the graveyard.

It's been a couple of hours so I headed back to Allison's. I walked through the door and I heard yelling.

"Look I healed her she is on her way to recovering yes we had to do surgery on her cause something was still bleeding but she's going to be okay. I'm doing the best I can." Ryan said lowly.

"Still do you know how dangerous that was?" Allison asked sounding a little pissed.

"No I didn't know that her body was going to react to the blood that way. I'm sorry but it was the best I could do, she lost a lot and she needed more. She just wasn't going to produce it herself. It was the call that I had to make."

"Well you are cleaning up the mess from your call." Allison sighed and pushed some of her hair back. "I better not see any blood on the floor when you're done."

"You won't." He said lowly walking back in a room.

"What happen?" I asked a little worried.

"Oh he just tried to heal her and caused something to burst. We had to operate on her again."

"She's okay now right?"

"Yeah she's going to be fine." Vincent said. I nodded and sat on the couch and watched TV with everyone else. Please let Astrid pull through.
