I woke up and got on some clothes and braided my hair, I leaned over the couch and Lalna was still sleeping. I shook his shoulder.
"Lalna you need to get up." He groaned then sat up.
"I'm up."
"Okay I'll make some breakfast." He yawned.
"Ok." I walked into the kitchen and made french toast, I made two for me and Lalna, I got the butter and syrup out. Lalna got seated at the table and we started to eat.
"Morning you two." A tired Axel said coming into the room.
"Axel watch out!" I was too late he already fell over the trash can. Me and Lalna started to laugh.
"Who the fuck put the trash can right here?"
"You did," Lalna said quietly. Axel groaned and got off the floor. I got up and put my plate in the sink.
"Do you want some chocolate milk to take to school?" I asked getting cups down.
"Sure." I made up some chocolate milk and handed him his.
"Um Axel I think we're going to walk to school since your still half asleep."
"Okay have a good day." We got our bags and started to walk to school.
"I hope Ridge gets better." I said taking a sip of my drink.
"Me too, he seems miserable."
"Yeah, well he's going to the doctors today so I think he will get better."
"I hope so." I nodded.

We got to school and we went our separate ways, I went to my locker and pulled out my phone to see if Skyla was going to be here.
Astrid- Hey r u going to be here today?
Skyla- yeah, I'm still on my way there.
Astrid- where were you yesterday we got worried
Skyla- my dad wanted me to meet someone, I'm fine
Astrid- okay but Ridge is sick so he won't be here today or any time soon
Skyla- oh that's not good :(
Astrid- sadly no :( r u coming over after school?
Skyla- maybe I don't know yet
Astrid- okay I'm going to go to class see ya at lunch
Skyla- see you later
I locked my phone and closed my locker, and went to first period.

School flew by and I was waiting in the normal spot waiting for Lalna, normally he is here before me. I sighed when I saw him walk out with Skyla.
"Hey you guys." I said with a smile.
"Hey Astrid," Lalna smiled.
"How was school?"
"It was normal. I don't have any homework."
"I don't either I mainly had test today."
"I had a math test," Skyla sighed.
"How did you do?" I asked her.
"I got a B."
"That's good, you ready to go Lalna Axel said that we would have to walk." He nodded.
"Yeah, let's go."
"Well I'm going to my house. I'll see you guys later."
"Bye Sky." I said waving.
"Bye!" She called out walking away. We started to walk and I sighed.
"That one kid didn't bother you today did he?"
"No not really."
"That's good." We got home and walked in and Axel was sitting on the couch. "How's Ridge?"
"He has a cold and strep throat."
"That's not good," Lalna said softly.
"He's sleeping because of the medicine that he is on. How was school? Any homework?"
"It's was fine and we don't have any."
"Yeah, I got it done in study hall."
"That's good, there's snacks in the fridge if you want some." I nodded and walked out back, I laid down on the ground and sighed. Today has been crazy, I haven't seen Ryan for a while I hope he hasn't tried anything with any of my friends. I don't care if he was a friend of mine that was a long time ago and he broke our friendship when he did something stupid and my Father sent him away so he wouldn't hurt anyone else in the castle. I opened my eyes and saw that Axel was above my face.
"Are you okay?"
"Not really?" I said sitting up Axel sat in front of me and grabbed my hand.
"What's bothering you?"
"Someone from my past is here and I didn't know and I think he is going to try something. I don't know what but I just have a feeling. I don't like it either."
"Is that why you were acting all weird after we got back from the lake?" I nodded. "Why didn't you just tell us what was going on?"
"I didn't want to get you guys in something that I might be able to stop."
"Has he made any threats." I shook my head.
"No but it's just a feeling." He pulled me in his lap and hugged me, I buried my head in his beck and started to cry.
"Nothing is going to happen I promise." I nodded and hugged him back.
"Thank you Axel."
"Any time." I sighed and just stayed there I didn't want to move I felt safe and my heart was racing. Why was I feeling this way towards him?
