The Dark Hour

I went to the Medical Bay as soon as I heard that the angels from the mission were in there. I saw a girl and two guys there getting checked out by other doctors but in the far corner I saw more doctors rushing around. I ran over there but one of the doctor held me back.

"Hey let me through!" I said trying to push past them.

"Sorry but no one is allowed back here." I saw Ryan and I pushed past the doctor and ran over to him.

"Ryan, what going on here?" I asked quickly.

"Uh Astrid found Seto and she called me and he has a big gash in his chest and it's infected."

"Is he going ok?" I asked worriedly.

"I'm sure he is going to be fine, the doctors are doing everything they can."

"But-"

"Ok, we need more disinfectant in here," Someone shouted. I looked at Ryan.

"Are you sure about that?"

"I'll go see what's going on stay here." He said walking away. I sighed then I stepped into the shadows and moved into the corner I was sure Seto was in. I saw a doctor working on Seto and I held my breath. I quickly went back to the hall and got out of the shadows. I waited for Ryan to come back.

"Okay so the infection is a little bit worst than I thought but the doctors are doing everything. So the only thing that you can really do is stay calm and don't worry too much."

"I am worried. I've always been worried ever since Seto left for that stupid mission. Just how bad is this infection?"

"I'm not sure Ty."

"What do you mean? You saw him right?"

"Yes but I'm not a doctor. I'm not used to dealing with that type of stuff."

"But you were Astrid's doctor!"

"I was her nurse! She didn't have an infection that bad."

"But-"

"Ok, I've done everything I can. No one bother curtain ten ok!" Gabriel said quickly walking out. I looked at Ryan then I ran back into curtain ten. Seto was sleeping and he was also sweating a little bit.

"Ty! You can't be doing that!" Ryan said quickly pulling me back.

"Hey, I just want to see him," I said trying to push past him.

"When someone tells you not bother someone then you have to do it, I know you're worried about him. I was in your same situation with my mom, but he's going to pull through."

"But I just want to see him, I don't want to not be here if something happens."

"I understand this I'll keep you updated on Seto and if anything changes you will be the first to know." I sighed.

"Fine, I'll be in my room," I said quickly walking off. I quickly went to my room and shut the door. I wanted Seto to be ok but I was worried about this infection. I wanted him to be ok, I really hoped he was ok.
