Castiel took me to the garden place and we just sat under the tree.

"Ok, so when did you notice all of these changes with yourself?" Castiel asked softly.

"Um well the ice sword was the big thing that got my attention," I sighed. "But I have been leaving water puddles around when I get emotional. Like upset or mad, I think." He nodded.

"Ok, so you can use your water magic for defence and when you get emotional. I'm going to try to teach you how to use it when you want to." I nodded.

"Ok."

"So I have learned a phrase that usually helps magic users, but you just need to remember a small part of it. Air above you, earth below you, water around you and fire inside you. You only need to remember that water is all around you." I nodded.

"Ok, so how is this going to help me?"

"Well water is usually calm or always in motion. You can be as calm as a lake or as swift as a river. This is how water magic usually is. So I'm going to see how you react."

"What?" Castiel disappeared and I quickly got up. "Castiel?" I heard someone behind me and I quickly turned around just as someone ran at me. I put my arms up and a wall of water appeared out of nowhere. They ran straight into it and I smiled before I shoved the wall away. They were flung back and someone came at me. I dodged them and they stumbled a bit. I quickly got up and somehow froze their feet to the ground. I laughed a little before someone grabbed me from behind. I pushed myself backwards and the both of us fell backwards onto the ground. They groaned as I quickly got up.

"Sorry," I said quickly. A girl ran in front of me and fire shot out of her fist. I quickly moved but my forearm was still in the way. I yelped and stumbled backwards onto the ground.

"Hey!" Everyone froze as Castiel walked out from behind the tree. "I told everyone no magic."

"Then why does he get to use it?" The girl asked pointing at me.

"Cause he's training to use it. I told everyone to subdue him not injure him."

"Well it doesn't seem like a fair fight," The girl said crossing her arms.

"It is when you consider he has never been trained to fight and you have, I think it's fair for him to use magic instead of everybody using magic." She sighed and uncrossed her arms.

"Ok that makes sense. Sorry for using magic." He nodded then quickly walked over to me.

"Are you ok?" I nodded.

"Yeah, I think so."

"No, Valerie burnt his arm," The kid who was froze to the ground yelled. "I saw it."

"Let me see it," Castiel said gently. I showed him my arm and it was a bright red. "I'm going to get some ice for this. Stay here. The rest of you can go back to your rooms if you want to." The girl, Valerie I think, walked over to the kid and used a small flame to melt the ice off his feet. Castiel walked off and Valerie walked over to me.

"Uh sorry about that, I don't like getting into an unfair fight and I didn't know you were new at this."

"It's fine, it doesn't hurt that bad," I smiled softly. The kid that Valerie unfroze walked up to us and quickly looked between the both of us.

"Um, you two look really similar," He said suspiciously.

"Oh shut up Riker," She said punching his shoulder.

"Ow! I'm serious Val. He looks just like you, but with shorter hair and he's a dude. And his eyes have a hint of blue instead of an orangish red. If I didn't know I would swear you two were related." She looked at me then sighed.

"I-I don't see it," She said quickly walking away. He sighed then sat down next to me.

"Sorry about her, she can be a bit defencive about her family."

"Um why?" I asked curiously.

"Well, when she was younger um I think like one or two this guy broke into her house and killed her brother. I think that's what happened, I don't remember exactly."

"Someone killed her brother?" I asked softly.

"I think so, killed or kidnapped I forgot which one."

"Riker!"

"I have to go, bye!" Riker said quickly running away. I sighed and Castiel came back.

"Ok I got ice, I told Gabriel what happened and he's sending someone over to heal it. Just hold this to your arm." I held the ice pack to my arm and sighed. Why did she just run away? I needed to talk to her.
