The Dark Hour

I got to my place and Ridge was passed out. I got him in my car, I should take him to Allison's. I drove over to Allison's and got him out of the car. I knocked on the door and Allison answered.

"I need help." She moved out of the door way and helped me get Ridge inside and on the couch.

"Do you know what happened to him?" She asked.

"He texted me and said something about not being able to breathe." Allison nodded then gently opened Ridge's mouth and looked down his throat.

"It's extremely inflamed. I think I have something that'll soothe it down though."

"Okay, I'm going to go to Ryan's Astrid is freaking out over everything and she won't calm down." Allison nodded.

"I know, Lalna is acting pretty much the same way. I'm kinda surprised he's not-"

"Ridge!" I saw Lalna run down the stairs and over to the couch. "Is he ok?"

"Uh you have to ask your mom."

"He's fine his throat is just extremely irritated. Can you get the medicine for that?" Lalna nodded and ran back upstairs. "I guess I'll see you later Axel."

"Keep me updated on him please."

"I will, stay safe ok?"

"I'll try, thank you Allison." I said leaving.

I got over to Ryan's and he opened the door his hair was a mess. What the hell happened?

"She won't stop freaking out or crying! Go calm her down!" He said pushing me into the door Astrid was on the couch crying.

"What is she freaking out about?"

"Ty went with Dean as Lalna and she's scared that they are going to find out kill him and come back for her. Then something about Dean might use you against her to marry him or something like that. Uh then something about I don't." I nodded. I walked over to Astrid and pulled her into my lap.

"Hey sweetheart." I said softly. She looked up and buried her head in my chest.

"It's all my fault." I sighed. "If I never showed up one of this would happen everyone will be safe, Ty wouldn't be where William is, Lalna will be living a normal life, Ridge wouldn't got kidnapped and....and-"

"Astrid, if you never showed up we wouldn't have you as an amazing friend and we wouldn't be a thing. Yeah sure this war might not be starting but you're here Lalna is safe and so is Ridge we are fine."

"But the war and everything wouldn't be happening William wouldn't be hurting my friends, none of this would be happening. Ridge wouldn't be hiding things from us and it just sucks. I should've just went with Dean and maybe I could of-"

"Astrid stop none of this is your fault so stop saying it. This might of happened whether you know it or not so just stop saying that it's your fault so just calm down and you are fine got it." I said lifting her head. She nodded and sniffled. "You okay now." She nodded and I wiped her tears away. I smiled and kissed her forehead.

"I'm sorry just everything that is going on it just bothers me that I can't do anything to help, the angels always take care of it. What am I supposed to do to help?"

"You're going to help when the war starts that's what you're going to do to help. So till then let us handle everything. Got it." She nodded and hugged me I hugged her. She stayed in my lap till she fell in sleep.
