The Dark Hour

I know I should be careful but me and Sabbath have unfinished work to be done. I looked almost everywhere and I couldn't find anything, where would they be? I was kinda freaking out, they could just come up from behind me and I wouldn't even know it. I was kicked in the back and fell forward but I caught myself before I fell to the ground. I quickly drew my sword and took a fighting stance.

"Well Princess didn't think you would get up so quickly, please tell me how are your wings?" William asked. I looked around and saw that Dean was there too.

"There fine thanks for asking, I figured you would be taking care of Michael before you came after me." He smiled.

"Nah go ahead and get you out of the way so Sabbath won't have to deal with you."

"Awe and I was hoping to kill Sabbath myself since he killed my uncle." William laughed.

"Dean go take care of the other's I'll take care of Astrid." He bowed and left. It was just me and William, but I felt another pair of eyes on us.

"You know hiding won't solve anything. Here I thought that William would fight me on his own." Clapping came from my right I quickly turned and saw him.

"Very smart, my how you've grown into a young woman."

"Don't even start that, you know why I would love to kill you."

"You can try, William leave us." Sabbath said waving him off. William bowed and left. I was just me and him, finally I can kill him for killing my father and mother.

"Well you do have a fire just like you're real mother. Wasn't she in the slave trade, I'm sure that if you're father didn't take you in when he did you would be just like your mother."

"Don't talk ill of my mother you don't know her nor do I. I mainly want to kill you cause you killed my uncle." I stood my ground.

"You're still going to fight even though you're with a child. My my you are pretty but stupid at the same time. I thought that you would use your mind before you act."

"I know what I'm doing I'm not scared of you."

"But you are scared of losing Axel and your baby." I froze, does he know that me and Axel are dating. I shook my head.

"I will kill you."

"Bring it on Princess."

I lunged at him but he dodged me, I tumbled forward and got my stance back. I turned a bit too late and was hit and flew backwards and hit a tree. I screamed out in pain. The back of my head was killing me now, and so was my back. I attacked him again and sliced his arm he hissed out in pain and vines grew out of the ground and wrapped around my ankles and wrist and made me drop my sword. I couldn't move, I tried till a fist made contact with my face, I bit my bottom lip. He grabbed my face and forced me to look at him.

"Like I said pretty but stupid, this is where you die princess. Hate to see a good ruler go but I really don't like your family."

"You made that very clear." I said spitting in his face, that gave me some time I burnt the vines and roundhouse kicked him in the face.

"Doesn't feel good now does it!" I said kicking him in the balls next, he fell to the ground but laughed when I picked up the sword. "Now what's so funny?"

"Do you really thing you can kill a God?"

"Yes, specially when you threaten my family." He laughed and I flew backwards.

"You can't kill me Astrid. I'm the only one that knows where you're real mother is at. You kill me you won't find her."

"If I wanted help to find her I would of asked my Father, I'm going to find her on my own. I don't need your dark magic to help me." I said wiping my face.

"Astrid!" I heard a voice behind me, I turned and saw Axel. I looked back at Sabbath and he smiled.

"Looks like he came to me."

"Axel run!" I yelled at him I don't think he heard me since he just stood there in a blink of the eye Sabbath was right behind him. "Axel! No!" I was frozen to the ground literally frozen to the ground, I couldn't move to stop him, I couldn't save Axel like I couldn't save Edward. The flashbacks ran through my mind, from when Edward was killed. My eyes widen in horror when he stabbed the sword right through Axel. He didn't have the chance to run. My heart was ripped from my chest once more. "No!" I screamed. He laughed and let me go, I ran over to him and I couldn't stop the bleeding. Tears were running down my cheeks. He coughed up some blood.

"You're going to make it. I'm not going to lose you again." Sabbath laughed and disappeared. I shook my head and got his arm around my neck and took him back to the base.

"Ryan! Skyla! P-Please help!" I yelled hoping someone would hear me at the old house that they were using as a hospital. Ryan and Skyla both ran out of a room.

"What the hell?" Ryan yelled running over to us. He took Axel from me and laid him on the ground. I was shaking violently when I noticed that Skyla was holding my wrist.

"Breathe, just breathe. Slowly in and out," She said calmly. I shook my head.

"I-I can't l-lose him! I couldn't save him like I-I couldn't s-save Edward!"

"Astrid breathe, if you don't you're going to make yourself pass out."

"I couldn't protect him." I was freaking out, what if Ryan can't save him I can't do this it's way too much for me to handle. "I couldn't protect anyone."

"Astrid, look at me." I sniffled and looked up at Skyla. "It going to be ok. Just take a moment and think clearly for a second. Is panicking about if's going to help anyone?" I shook my head.

"N-No."

"Then calm down a little bit. Ryan is going to do everything he can to help Axel. Just trust that he will help him pull through this, alright?" I nodded. Skyla let go and I wiped away my tears.

"I got the bleeding to stop I can heal him but it's going to take a while he's stable. Astrid I can heal you and make sure that the baby is okay." I shook my head.

"He's you main priority make sure he doesn't die. I'm going to kill someone." I said grabbing the sword. Skyla yelled something to me but I didn't hear her, I'm going to kill Sabbath even if I get hurt.
