The Dark Hour

Astrid yelled at me and Skyla went to go talk to her then she just ran out of the house.

"What the hell is that about?"

"I don't know," Lalna said softly. I sighed.

"I'm going to make dinner." I walked into the kitchen and my phone ringed. I looked and it was the lawyer. "Hello?"

"Axel I just want to tell you when the court is."

"Okay when is it."

"May 30th you don't have anything going on that day do you."

"No, Astrid graduates the 15th. I'll tell Ridge thank you." I said hanging up. "Hey Ridge the court date for you Uncle is May 30th is that going to work for you?"

"That's fine."

"Okay thought that I should ask." I started to get dinner ready.

After dinner we popped in a movie and Astrid hasn't came out of the room. I was worried.

"I'm going to check on Astrid." I said getting up and walking over to the door. I knocked and there was no answer, weird. I walked in and turned on the light and I didn't see Astrid. I looked everywhere and I notice that the window was opened. I went back in the front room and sighed.

"Astrid is gone."

"What? Where did she go?" Ridge asked getting up.

"I don't know the window is opened and she is gone."

"We got to find her."

"I know. Why would she leave like that."

"Don't know, was she upset?"

"I don't know, she was mad at me for asking questions that about it."

"Where would she go?"

"I don't know, where she would of gone she doesn't know anyone else here." Ridge sighed.

"I don't know."

"God damn it! What the hell is she thinking."

"I don't know Axel, why don't we just go out and look for her?" Ridge asked.

"Where are we even suppose to look?"

"Around, how far do you think she would go?"

"Depends on how long she has been gone."

"I don't know, do you think she has her phone?"

"I think so, I'll call." I pulled out my phone and called her number then I heard ringing coming from the bedroom. I hung up. "Nope she didn't take it with her."

"Then I don't know Axel, do you want to go look for her or not?"

"I'll go out and look for her you stay here incase she comes back." I said grabbing my coat and keys and leaving the house. Where the hell are you Astrid.
