36: New Surroundings

After a few days of staying in the hospital, Izumi was discharged thanks to Jun who gave her a healing remedy to fix both her arms. 

Though she was discharged from the hospital, she wasn't allowed to come and work at the Police Station until all of her injuries were healed and she'd gotten proper rest. Even though she kept saying she was fine, Chevy didn't believe her and forced her to stay away from any Police work, including the League, until further notice. 

"Why does Chevy have to force me to stay away from doing my work? I want to find Kacchan too." 

"I know, but you and I both know Chevy can be difficult sometimes." Aster said. 

After taking the train with Aster, the greenette realized that the area they were walking was unrecognizable.

"Um, Aster... where are we?" 

"I'm so glad you asked. We're in Hiroshima, Japan." 

"H-Hiroshima?!? No wonder we were on the train longer than I thought!" Izumi said. 

"Calm down, and since I figured you'd want some fresh air, I'd bring you along with me to my class for the day." Aster said. 

"Your class... you mean-" 

"Yup, welcome to Hiroshima University." Aster said as they stopped in front of a huge building. 

"Ah- A-Aster, why would you bring me here, I'm not even a college student!" 

"I know, but you need some fresh air, so why not? And the atmosphere of being on a college campus is a lot different than a Police Station." 

"That doesn't mean I should be here!!!"

"Hey Aster!!!" 

Both of them looked up to see a group of guys walking up to them. 

"Oh, hey guys." 

"We were wondering where you've been for the past few days. Huh- Oh? Who's this little cutie?" one of them asked. 

Izumi started blushing and covering her face in embarrassment. 

"Guys, this is a friend of mine, Izumi." Aster said. 

"I-Izumi Midoriya, it's nice to meet all of you." Izumi said, bowing over and over. 

"Since when did you get a girlfriend, Aster?" Izumi turned bright red as Aster just smacked the back of his friend's head. 

"Don't assume that just because I brought her here that she's my girlfriend, right Izumi?" 

"M-Mn. We're just friends, nothing more!"

"So why'd you bring such a cute girl here?" 

"Hah- stop trying to flirt with her, she's already uncomfortable since she's never been to Hiroshima before." Aster said, smacking the guy trying to flirt with Izumi. 

"I-I'm actually a Police Officer in Tokyo." Izumi said. 

"A Police Officer? She looks too cute to be a Police Officer." And Aster smacked the back of all their heads and grabbed Izumi's wrist. 

"We'll be going now, and if you guys wanna talk to her, then don't say stupid things!" Aster yelled. 

"Y-Your friends seem nice." 

"Only when a girl isn't involved, they're a lot worse when they're drinking. Anyway, c'mon, I need to get to class." Aster said.
