2: Change

"W-What is- WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!?!?!?!" he yelled and noticed right away how his voice was higher pitched.

"Izuku- is everything alright?" Inko asked, running up to the bathroom. 

Inko looked at Izuku and how wide her eyes were. 

"Mom... What happened to me? What happened to my chest? And since when were my eyes this big?" Izuku asked. 

Inko looked at Izuku and raised her eyebrows. 

"Izuku, sweetie, you just hit a growth spurt. It happens when you get to this age." Inko said, Izuku froze. 

"E-Eh?" 

"Your hormones will be all over the place around this time too. It looks like a pretty fast growth spurt for your chest to grow that much, but I'm sure your school uniform will still fit." Inko said. 

"Huh?" 

"Oh dear, you need to get ready for school, you'll be late." Inko said, walking away from the dumbfounded greenette. 

'Hold on... does she not realize that I'm a girl?!?!' Izuku thought.

After trying to take a quick morning shower, which was filled with discomfort, Izuku went back to his- Er- her room and saw her uniform hung up by her closet door. She looked and noticed the uniform was still the same, it was a boy uniform. 

'So am I the only thing that's changed? Mh?' 

Izuku looked at all her pictures to see every picture was altered to have her look like a girl instead of a boy. 

'Wait- these aren't the same, this doesn't make any sense!'  

"Izuku, hurry down and get your breakfast before you're late." Inko said. 

Izuku panicked and got dressed in the boy uniform as fast as she could and looked at herself in the mirror to see her wild and long mane. 

'Oh crap, how do I hide this?' she thought, having no idea how to deal with hair like this.

"What's wrong, Izuku? You'll be late." Inko said, opening the door. 

"Umm, mom, mind helping me with my hair? I-I don't know how to style it." 

"Oh goodness me, you're a handful this morning. It's just a growth spurt, sweetie, it's not like you changed genders completely." Inko said. 

'That's exactly what this is!' Izuku thought. 

And after her mother helped fix her hair, she had no time to sit down to have breakfast and just grabbed a piece of toast and was out the door. 

"Be careful sweetie!" Inko yelled. 

"Bye mom!" she yelled, still with the toast in her mouth.

'Well, I made it to school on time, but... this is crazy! I could've sworn people would be staring at me by now! I'm wearing a boy's uniform after all, but how could this happen? Yesterday, I was a suicidal boy, but now I've changed into a girl who isn't suicidal at all! Did some kind of spirit possess me and change my gender? Or maybe...' 

She thought more about it and remembered some specific words that were told to her yesterday. 

"Your body will feel a bit strange in the morning, but don't you worry, it will be fine once you get used to it."
